Nothing HORRIBLE. 0 stars if I could. Its was FILTHY, SWAMPY. As soon as you walked into the room, you could smell the mildew. The sheets were still semi-wet. Literally had to ask for a refund.

I appreciate extended stay for the amenities such as covered parking and location to the park as well as accommodating pets for a reasonable price. Although I left my dog at home this trip, we enjoyed staying at this location, but the tubs appeared to be unclean however it’s the repairs throughout the years that made it look like that. Also, the countertop for the kitchen was also a little out of shape, and the fridge looked very old, but everything functioned as it should, and the bed linen was clean the Internet went out or the TV blacked out a couple times. The room was 402 if you’re not too picky and just need a place to sleep while you’re away at the parks all day definitely choose this place. If you’re a little picky and scrutinize everything this may not be the place for you.

Property Is very Clean, The Rooms are really nice especially them being updated! Staff is really Helpful and Always smiling making you feel Welcomed. Free Parking is a Big Plus especially in this area next to Disneyland and the restaurants! Love it here!

The location was super convenient and the rooms were super clean. Staff was super efficient, everything was great. The trash rooms were clean, which is very important (iykyk) and the beds were so comfy with pristine linens. I didn t want to leave! Thank you very much to a perfectly run extended stay (imo). I didnt like that I had to leave, but our new place was finally ready. And I had to rush off to work on check out day so I couldn't say thank you!

The price of the room was excellent. Prices in vending machines were insanely high.

Location from the gym and food The property had a bad odor like roach spray. No microwave in the room no breakfast as advertised, the refrigerator was very loud and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Glad I didn't see any bugs

The lady that checked me in the first time was nice One of the front desk attendants Julie at first was coo until my Autistic Son greeted another parent that we did see the day prior checking in with his Son the same age, Julie was rude by saying she was sorry on behalf of my Son Behavior who has ASD and I feel it’s was rude of her to say that cause as his Mother I never sorry for my Son being who he is, he was not harming anyone smh he just went in engaged with someone he seen from prior, the Dad had no problem with my son greeting him with contact Dad understood however, I did speak with Julie n told her how I felt n it was okay after, I gave her a review based on her helping me get another room cause the room prior was too noisy :( but not okay as a parent to be sorry for someone else child, when my son is handsome n smart autistic speaks :)

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the property. The property was great. The problem is booking.com. Gave me a reservation that did not exist in extended stay system. They did not have a room available for me. I was there for over two hours. The gentleman on the Night Shift was kind enough to let me sit in the lobby While I tried to get in touch with your so-called 24 hour hotline you guys scammed me I want my money back. It’s a no-brainer. I also feel like I should be compensated for the fact that I waited until 4 AM trying to get in touch with you guys before. Finally, I had to go stay in a little crappy motel down the road Because you guys screwed me over not only that he said there’s been four or five other occasions where people come in with a confirmation number from you guys and there’s no room for them so clearly something is messed up on your end. It’s not the property that’s the problem it’s booking.com giving me a false number that didn’t even exist in their system. There was no room for me.
