no rooms available upon check in even though we made a reservation months in advance. we arrived at 5pm when check in starts at 3pm. a line of people ahead of us were also waiting for available rooms. very inconvenient and very unprofessional. no solution to the problem was offered either. we were basically turned away and had to find a different hotel to stay at same day last minute.

The close proximity to the theme park. The room was not clean, towels were limited. At one point, we requested to switch out our towels and they did not have any ready. We threw our stuff in the dryer and when we came back to check on our stuff, the dryer door was opened and we ended up keeping our stuff wet. The hotel doesn’t clean the rooms and didn’t offer bacic amenities.

Breakfast was really awful. Cleanliness overall was not very good. The bed was comfortable Bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close No towels or soap!

Room was clean and 3rd floor was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again.

The cleanliness of the location and the friendly staff. Interior of rooms need a bit more care. Rooms were not as nice as they looked on the pictures and there were no cups, soap or shampoo available in the rooms. I had to go buy some.

Rooms was clean, a little outdated, but did the work.

Tried to get new room, but was unable to change it had to wait for some time which impacted scheduled events. Bathroom tub still was not cleaned & floor was dirty. Only plus was the 2 staff up front upon arrival who tried to improve the situation.

Night shifts should have backup and wear uniforms.

I had made reservation online a week prior and they called me same day of my reservation hour before saying they were overbooked and had no rooms Available.

They gave my room anyway. Unacceptable!

Nothing HORRIBLE. 0 stars if I could. Its was FILTHY, SWAMPY. As soon as you walked into the room, you could smell the mildew. The sheets were still semi-wet. Literally had to ask for a refund.
