It is great here Will the manager and his staff are amazing! Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

I liked that is was pet friendly and they do not charge an arm and a leg to bring our fur baby’s. I will be staying here again

Great stay

Yes , but you can see dog poop is everywhere, especially at the property main entrance.. No one has ever picked up after their pets and no one from the property ever clean as well. Upon checking in, they ask for the dog's crate, which was never mentioned that they require dogs to be on crate. They only mentioned for the extra fee. Breakfast : For our entire stay, all they have is hot water, coffee, chocolate and a muffin. Our stay with this property was a total disaster. This is the worst property we have ever stay and we will never ever go back.

Room was outdated. Details need it work. I think the towels could have been rolled up and put in its shelf a little more presentable.

Optimal location… With all the build up and excitement of this out of state birthday trip for our soon to be two daughter, the stay at the Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Anaheim Convention Center was cut short on 6/3/26 d/t an unprofessional and unsympathetic staff which includes as was stated to me the sites general manager and desk clerk! We encountered a knock on the door in the early AM hours d/t placing linen outside the room that we where staying in for our daughters birthday trip to Disneyland to which the stay was already paid for! Unfortunately during this trip our daughter became ill and soiled the linen being the reason I placed it outside wrapped up with no exposure to what happened until seeing about our daughters well being which is priority, upon following up with having the linen outside the door which has nothing in there policy for not doing so and is normal to do when traveling and being in hotels! Not asked but rudely demanded of the removal from the hall way with no regard to anyone’s well being nor respect was very dismal and with no consideration a call was soon followed with no professionalism and rudeness demanding that we check out of the establishment even with removing the linen from the hall as demanded to with no confrontation! With the call being placed and our daughter finally getting to sleep and getting some rest after a horrible night for her I informed the desk clerk that I will come down to discuss the matter! Long story short there was no reconciliation to which I then asked to be refunded the rest of the nights booked and given a receipt and the desk clerk complied that it will be given when I checked out! Upon checking out a different desk clerk said that the transaction will be sent through booking.com and as of this message nothing has been addressed! Even with checking in the staff had to verify if the room was clean and ready which it was not as we found our feet dirty just by walking on the floor!

The only good thing about this place honestly was the free parking and the comfy beds. It was dirty and the hallway had a funky smell. The room was not maintained and it was not cleaned properly, one side of the stove top was not working and the light bulb above the stove was burnt out. I had to go out my way to go buy cleaning/disinfecting products to clean the room. The shower had hairs and the hallway was dirty, seemed like vacuum had not been passed in days. Noticed a lot of homeless people in the area and some walk or pass by in bikes looking inside cars so please do not leave valuables in plain sight.

Liked that it was affordable and close to the park! Staff was nice, sheets were soft, bed was really comfy!! I had weird yellow stain on one of the beds.. didn’t sleep on that one.

Was nice to have a small kitchen and full size refrigerator in the room. Didn’t enjoy the smell of drugs in the halls and all the guys drinking and smoking around the parking lot. Not a place to bring young kids.

We had a miserable stay at this hotel. We paid for a clean, relaxing vacation, but the room was completely unprepared and dirty. Here is what went wrong: Dirty Kitchenware: The silverware tasted terrible and actually made me sick. Whatever soap they use is awful. Used Sheets: The bed sheets were wrinkled and had a black spot on them. When my husband asked for clean sheets, the front desk said they ran out! Missing Essentials: There was no hair dryer, no extra toilet paper, and no ice bucket because they ran out of those too. We had to constantly walk downstairs to beg for basic supplies. Filthy Room: The counters and floors were disgusting. I used a Clorox wipe, and it came away black with dirt. No Housekeeping: No one ever came to clean, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We left in the morning and came back at night to the exact same mess. It is the hotel's job to provide a fresh, clean room. We should not have to spend our vacation doing their jobs for them while they get paid to do nothing. Avoid this hotel!

Rooms are outdated . No utensils in extended stay . When requested ; got terrible utensils . I guess the owner doesn’t want to spend for guests basic comfort .

You know what not bad!! Clean enough room. Shower was super run down, but it gets the job done. One thing is like the other reviews say: you shouldn’t advertise breakfast if you don’t have it. They had a coffee stand with a granola bar. Not quite breakfast more of just a snack. You’ll need a different breakfast for sure. Huge highlight was the parking on site included in stay. So rare for the area. Check in and out was super easy staff were great, friendly, and quick. The place has potential. Great location close enough to Disney.

Easy access to where I needed to go. The room assigned had not been cleaned and I had to request a new room

Cheap. Room was bad. All “included amenities” like hair dryer you have to go pick up from the front desk. The whole place was scuffed up and worn. The microwave didn’t work and was rusted where it would crackle and pop if you tried to use it. The door for the bathroom has to be shoved open or closed because it can’t open all the way with the counter. The stopper in the bathtub didn’t work.

Room needs to be updated. Room was in poor condition. Would not stay here again.

The “breakfast” is only coffee, and muffins they should specify that. There is not enough towels and pillows in the rooms

I only give horse there’s always room for improvement four stars I would rather get more but I always know there’s room for thank you you guys. I enjoyed it well I’m grateful that my family had a place to go to for some days while getting stuff done that we have to get them. I’m a truck driver so I wasn’t there.

When we tried to exchange our towels, we were told none were available, which is a basic service guests should be able to expect. The most concerning issue was the pool area. Every day there was a group of men gathered there smoking and leaving cigarette butts all over the property. They weren’t using the pool and were not directly bothering anyone, but their constant presence created an uncomfortable atmosphere. My daughters felt intimidated and chose not to use the pool during our stay. Between the broken air conditioning, lack of hot water, unpleasant room odor, inability to get clean towels, and the poorly maintained pool environment, this was not the experience we expected. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to families.
