JW Marriott Anaheim Resort

This is our 3rd time staying here. The concierge staff were helpful, but not very friendly. We did not receive new coffee cups or tea everyday, I bought my own. The $25 US fee daily did not cover much. Not sure if I will return

Such a wonderful hotel for our family trip to Disneyland! The hotel was beautiful, the room was amazing, staff were so helpful and wonderful. The pool was so nice and relaxing and the room service was perfect after a long day! Close walk to Disneyland! I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

Check-in was at 4:00 p.m., and we arrived at 4:07 p.m. Unfortunately, our room was not ready. The gentleman at the front desk told us it would likely be about 15 minutes, but we didn't receive our room until 5:40 p.m. We had dinner reservations at 6:00 p.m., so the delay left us with very little time to freshen up or relax before heading out. It was a disappointing start to our stay, especially since we planned our arrival around the posted check-in time. To make matters more frustrating, housekeeping knocked on our door about an hour before checkout the following morning, which made us feel rushed even though we were still within our allotted checkout time. The final inconvenience came when we requested our car from valet. The staff had written the wrong name and room number on the valet ticket, resulting in another unnecessary delay while the issue was sorted out.

The staff was very professional, the building is beautiful inside and outside and the breakfast was my favorite meal the whole time in LA/Anaheim. I would highly recommend.

Didn’t like the extra so called destination fee of $40 per DAY they add on when u check in on top of $69 Parkin fees. Just for visiting Anaheim the hotel Charges!’😡😠outrages!!

Our dinner at Tocca Ferro was equally disappointing. We all had stomach issues after eating there. The menu didn’t seem to change, and the food appeared to be frozen or pre-prepared. One thing to note is that there are no refrigerators or ovens in the restaurant, so families with young children should be cautious. Overall, this was not a good experience at Tocca Ferro, especially considering that I have stayed at many JW Marriott hotels around the world.

I expected a lot more from a JW Marriott.
