I loved how close it was to Disneyland. I also really appreciated the fact that I was able to get "late check-out", as that made my day a lot easier. Finally, I loved that there were a lot of really great restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, P. F. Chang, California Pizza Kitchen), very close to the hotel. Nothing

The accomodations at the JW were very nice: room was comfortable and the hotel was great overall (starbucks downstairs was very convenient). However, I was not impressed by the food quality and variety at the hotel. The rooftop bar was pretty cool and it was convenient if you want to walk around the Garden Walk area.

Disneyland and the convention center. Our family enjoyed the garden walk that is next door to the hotel. We appreciated the professionalism and assistance provided by all staff. The rooms were clean and well kept with modern touches. The beds were very comfortable. The in-room dining was prompt, accommodating of dietary preferences, ample sizing to share with your party. We loved this property and hope to come back again soon. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Everything is not complimentary. The parking is expensive. Everything in the hotel is very expensive.

Staff was respectful and patient. They do have shuttles to Disney. Valet team was responsive to work with.

Housekeeping was great and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, at check in, the individual checking us in didn’t provide any information regarding the process for parking the car in a nearby garage which caused us to overpay for parking. The hotel is supposed to provide a code, which they didn’t. Also, they didn’t inform us about the daily food and beverage credit we had and the free wifi.

Great location, u can walk to Disneyland. Bathroom was beautiful nice tub and big walk in shower, room couchwas stained. Room was supposed to be ready by 4pm and it was not, 5:30 was our check in time. Check in was very slow. Was told 50% off parking and when checked out I had to remind them. Resort fees and parking was extremely expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriot in Anaheim. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's about a 6 minute walk to the Disney shuttle bus. My only complaint is the mandatory valet parking that costs $70 a day. In the future that's something I will check before reserving a stay.
