not happy overall

Quick walk to Disneyland from the hotel. The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfy. The hotel is modern and really beautiful. The staff was excellent. This will be our go to hotel while visiting the parks.

Other than that it was ok.

Great stay and location close to Disney. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

The hotel was very nice. The resort fee was so-so, but they "include" Internet access, $20 credit to use on site, and happy hour wine tasting, so all in all, not a bad deal. To get to Disneyland it's closest to walk to the toy story parking lot and ride that to the park, that's probably half the distance to walking directly. It's super close to good dining options (Huckleberry's, Cheesecake factory, Pf Chang's etc...).

I see dust in the room, I mean I really can see it on shelf and bathroom. The AC was loud and not about to adjust to low fan, either auto or high fan speed and it will turn on n off by itself base on the temperature u set. Over all is good, location is wonderful and convenience.

Andrew made the stay magical by putting us in a family suite. Our kids were so blown away when they saw bunk beds in the room. One of our kids even did a cartwheel. We didn’t even know he could do that! Lol. That’s how excited he was. It was magical. We ended our time at Disney by going back to the room and watching the fireworks from the window. Truly a core memory unlocked, all thanks to Andrew. If you are planning on visiting Disneyland with family this resort is a must. It’s walking distance to the parks and fun to come back to after a long day.

Front office staff were incompetent; overall, a horrible experience.

I’ve been loyal to this hotel for about 4 going on 5 years staying twice a year for a week at a time since we’re from out of state, but it felt like this time around they weren’t accommodating to our needs. The receptionist wasn’t helpful or resourceful when asked questions regarding our stay. A little disappointed in the lack of answers and response time. Before this stay they would text or ask if we needed anything, we didn’t get that this time either. Before, since it’s such a big hotel they've allowed early check in and late checkouts and even though my Marriott membership allows for a 4pm checkout we didn’t get that courtesy. I decided to extend our stay so I inquired about l rebooking the room for an additional 2 nights and when asking the front desk if we could keep our room the rep told us no our room had already been booked. So after packing up my 3 kids and and going down to rebook another room another receptionist stated the room was available to stay in. So that in itself was frustrating. It was a lot of little changes that amounted to the bigger picture unfortunately.

Amazing hotel and amazing room
-
Great location and beautiful hotel!
-
The hotel is not bad, but it should not be categorized as a JW Marriot 5 stars. The rooms are clean and good, but not comfortable at all and the shower is not a 5 star hotel. The buffet is average nothing special and pricey. I have been in France JW Marriott all over the world and honestly, I was expecting something similar.
