Great and helpfull staff

In all our family's travels over the years, this was by far the BEST hotel and room we've ever had. Because there were two adults and two near-adults (17 year olds) and we were going to be there for several days, we wanted some space. So we booked the studio suite with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa. It really felt luxurious to have an L-shaped sofa and a mini kitchen in a hotel room! Loved that there was a The table was a bit too tiny for four people, but it met our basic needs.

Staff were super nice and helpful. And breakfast was totally worth waking up in the morning. Would definitely stay again

Clean and service people were helpful during our stay. Lowkey & peaceful as it wasn’t on the main Disneyland strip but only a quick 15 min walk from Disneyland and nearby stores. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal: from oats to waffles, tacos to tostadas, drinks, and sweet and savoury options - a filling yet healthy breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed every day while we were there. Would recommend and come here again!

Great breakfast, clean rooms and modern property with nice pool.

This hotel was about .6 miles away from the Disneyland entrance. New, clean and spacious is the best way to describe it. We had a 1 BR suite with 2 Queen beds, sofabed and kitchen for 5 people.

The cleaning lady's took my daughter's birthday packages that was upfront of our door and said they trashed it... but found head lady and got it back but the cake was smashed. We won't be coming back.

Sahara at the front desk was amazing. Comped our parking fee due to no where to park. Lot was full. We had to park around the corner at another hotel. Dirty carpet, door to room was a constant struggle to open with key card. Bath Towels were like sand paper rough. Parking lot was full with no whee to park. Had to figure out what to do at midnight ~ tired from a full day at Disneyland.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. Rooms were also very organized and staff was approachable if we needed anything. My only concern was for the parking. We came back late in the night around midnight but the parking lot and additional parking was already full! I don’t know if it was just the day we went that many people booked but still, they should figure out a better system for parking like only one car per room if lots of people booked. I’m paying $38 for parking but no spaces are available, I don’t think that’s fair. We ended up parking in front of the lobby along with other cars and they told us to move the car by 7 am. Other than the parking situation, everything else was a good experience.

The room is very clean and a short, easy walk to Disney

It’s really a very enjoyable stay, it’s about a 10 to 12 minute walk to both park entrances. The amount of features that this Hotel offers for the price is incredible when you think about it. If you’re a family of four or five or even six, you can all stay in one room, it’s literally a full kitchen, with all the plates, bowls, and utensils and cooking where that you need, so you can save a ton of money on dinner. And the breakfast is really great, with a wide variety of choices. If you’re too tired to walk back from Disneyland, it’s a $20Uber ride, including tip. The rooms on Harbour Boulevard are nearly twice the amount, and not even close to the size and amenities. The element is the only Hotel that I’m going to stay at when I’m at Disneyland

Great location for Disney, very walkable area even at night. Hotel offered a good variety of breakfast options each morning and the waffle maker was a huge hit with our two children! N/A
