The towels was dingy….the couch bed was broke….the blow dryer didn’t work…..the room I was in was nice but NEED SOMETHINGS FIX IN IT!!!

You can no longer catch the Disney bus from this hotel. It makes it very awkward when you show up without a rental car not knowing that.

A couple of the front desk employees had poor customer service. We were not able to use the poll.

It’s great but need more different breakfast and the pool is small but love the room and love the kitchen

Staff were great. Great location for disney, even though its around a 20 min walk. The rooms were fantastic. The facilities in our room were brilliant. Very large room. Can easily sleep 6. The only negative for this hotel is that you have to pay $40 a night for parking.

The blankets were dirty when u held it by the window. Everything else great.

This is our third time staying at the Element and we really enjoyed it. The free breakfast made our Disney days much easier and the staff were helpful. We appreciated having our beds made, fresh towels and coffee at anytime during our 12 day stay. Highly recommend for families. And the resort view gave allowed us to watch the Disneyland fireworks every night we weren't in the park!
