It's terrible that I chose this property for my 5-day vacation. No service was provided, and only 3 towels were available for a 6-occupant room. It doesn't make sense. There was no coffee in the room, only a coffee maker. Choose this as your last option if you plan to vacation with kids.

This is my 2nd time staying at this place, I’ve recommended my sister and her friends as well. By far the best experience, the staff is amazing and kind. The rooms are always clean & are maintained cleaned. I had gone out to eat, came back to a spotless room, not just once but everyday I stayed. Loved their store they have inside, great coffee & variation of snacks. Poolside was clean, perfect for children as well as adults! Will continue choosing the Viv Hotel. Thank Yaaa!

Great hotel… very clean, spacious rooms, view of Disney fireworks from my bed, great pool for kids and a rooftop pool for over 18. Walkable to the parks. Friendly staff! Hot water at all times of day and night. Little restaurant, store, coffe shop. Just perfect! Family friendly but also not loud so business or solo stay would be great as well. 3rd stay here… we love it! And super affordable

The restaurant breakfast buffet was very good food was delicious, however I was disappointed that the splash pad in the pool area was not working as we chose that hotel specifically for my 2 year old grandson to play in

The hotel oversold and had no room for us when we tried to check in at 4pm. We had reserved the hotel room a month in advance. When our taxi pulled up to the hotel there were huge groups of teen kids lying in front of the hotel and in the lobby. It was loud and crowded. We stood in line for awhile and by the time we reached the front desk, she told us that 4pm check-in was actually a "precheck-in" and that the hotel did not have our room ready. Outrageous.

Amazing hotel! Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Disneyland. Staff was friendly and amenities were amazing. My two kids loved the bunk beds and the room itself was very spacious. Property was overall clean. Pool was the best!

The property does nickel and dime you. Just be aware there is a $25 destination daily fee plus $39 daily self parking fee, plus a million other taxes broken down daily that equals about $15. So you’re paying about $79 more daily to stay here. Becomes kind a f a bummer.

plenty of towels as requested. upgraded to probably the best room in the hotel + store credit. I just wish it added the key to my app as I requested.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant/ bar downstairs was perfect before we went to the angel game. Then after the game we went upstairs to the bar and the views and vibes were amazing. Highly recommended! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We’ll be back!

The hotel was nice and clean but they were out of hotels but very convenient for my Disney stay.

Stayed in a room with bunk beds which was perfect for my family of 5. The rooftop pool and restaurant were an excellent surprise. Entire property was clean and well maintained.
