Great stay

The room was very spacious and clean

Nice place and very close to the Disneyland resort . Highly recommend!!

The staff are all very nice and accommodating. It always smells good in the lobby. Pool was closed briefly for maintenance but they got it back up and running the next morning. We always stay here when we are in Orange County.

The hotel room was clean

Stayed here for a three day trip to Disneyland. Was about a 15 minute walk to get there from the hotel which is not bad when you’re spending all day walking anyways. Hotel was clean only giving 4 stars because

Super close to Disneyland and we walked everyday. About a 10 minute easy walk. Very safe area.

Staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The only thing I will point out was the bathroom wasn't the best. The toilet made a high pitch noise every time it was flushed and the shower was a bit hard to use and did not have a lot of water pressure. Otherwise, the hotel was great and was an easy 15 minute walk from Disney.

Excellent stay and very comfortable and the staff is amazing. The walk is about 13 minutes to the parks, which was fine on the morning but a little rough at 1:00 am after walking 25,000 steps!

We first loved to atmosphere when we walked into Sun Coast. All senses were being treated especially the vibe and smell. Then we went to our room it was ginormous! My family of 3 children had lots of room and individual space. The view from the floor to ceiling window was beautiful. We spent time in the pool and outdoor gaming. I was even able to use the laundry. Unfortunately we missed the restaurant due to our daily schedule, but the onsite market met our needs with snacks, protein options and 🍷. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean Room, Staff are friendly

Late checkout would have been optimal after Disneyland, but the reply was it was unavailable. Usually, we get this at Hilton hotels, but great place to stay.

Consider cleaning the room carpets. Ours was acceptable, but it needs cleaning.

Room was clean and check in/check out was easy. There was a problem with the parking meter when using the room key but was assured that it wouldn’t be extra billing at the end of the stay. Lost a pair of AirPods but was told by the front desk that the maids “may have taken them by accident” as an immediate response which I thought was a very strange first reaction to being told that they were missing

Excellent location, staff, cleanliness and amenities. We will definitely go back. The price was also very reasonable.

Hotel was super close to Disneyland, about a 10-15 minute walk. Clean. Pool was great. Staff was friendly.

walking distance to Disneyland and nearby eating establishments was great. One of the nicest pools and hot tubs I have ever seen. Great location and staff. Can't say enough good about this property.

Everything was great! Great service, clean rooms, the only thing that we didn’t think was top notch would have been the breakfast staff/ service. Everything else was fantastic! The pool & hot tub were nice!
