The parking fees were not great and come out of the $250 deposit, not a separate charge so make sure you use the right card. The location proximity to Disneyland was exaggerated. Its more like a 20 minute walk. The hotel was clean and felt safe. About 50% of the staff was nice, the others either hates their jobs or the guests. Should at least have free coffee if you have to pay resort prices for food. The hotel food was decent, however. The broken hot tub was disappointing to my sore muscles. No prices on in the hotel market was annoying. Fees at checkout were confusing. Given all of the options we have for places to stay, the small things matter. Will probably not stay there again.

Well set out property with lovely pool and dining area. Room was huge but not set up correctly with only one bedside table for two double beds. Bathroom needs a makeover and shower head replacing.

Exceptional

I would absolutely recommend SunCoast. It’s away from the Disney bubble a bit, but only a 10-12 min walk to the gates. Super close to Garden Walk (which was okay). Pool wasn’t crowded, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. À la carte breakfast was a huge bonus. I ordered breakfast to go every day during my stay & the kids loved it.

Lovely hotel , very clean and very good facilities

Very convenient to Disneyland Resort; spacious rooms for traveling with your family, tucked just far enough away for a restful stay, while still being close to food and entertainment.

The room was comfortable and had everything I expected, I liked the undercover parking . The breakfast was delicious, and I liked that there was a convenience store in the hotel, and a water bottle refil station . The Swimming Pool was wonderful, and the location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. The only things that were disappointing was the lack of seating available around the pool and the juccuzi wasnt working.

You have to pay for breakfast and parking, that's something nobody tells you when you make the reservation.

I don't usually do this, but I feel it's necessary. When I found this hotel, the reviews were good and the price was reasonable for the month I visited Disney. While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, there are some urgent safety issues they need to address. The bathtub is extremely slippery; my husband slipped and got hurt—and that was without even using soap. The same thing happened to my daughter, though thankfully she wasn't injured. After these incidents, we had to hold onto a grab bar to prevent another accident. On the second-to-last day, my stepson lifted the blanket and it looked completely stained and moldy—I can only imagine how bad that would be for someone with allergies—and the mattress on the sofa bed was moldy, too. I will never stay at this hotel again; look for better options. And if you do choose it, be careful with the bathtub—you could end up going straight from there to the hospital.

We will come back again in near future!

Suncoast Park Hotel is in a great location, close to Disney and within eyeshot of the nightly fireworks. Our family did not go to Disney during this trip so the heavy theme park focus did not appeal to us this time. Everything else at the hotel was average to above average. Parking was expensive.
