SunCoast Park Hotel Anaheim Resort, Tapestry by Hilton

Very nice hotel clean nice size pool about 10 min walk to Disneyland the only thing parking is a little pricey $41 a night and breakfast is $18 other then that stay was perfect

First time staying in this hotel. We visit Disneyland almost once a year and this hotel will be our place to stay in the future.

We had a very nice experience with this hotel and will probably book here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a microwave and fridge. It didn't have a side chair near the bed which would have been a nice touch as there was just a large empty space by the bed. But other than that, the room had modern amenities, the bathroom had plenty of towels for everyone. The body wash, body soap, shampoo and conditioner is very nice. There's no shuttle but the walk to Disneyland was about 10 to 15 minutes so not too far.

Suite was large and property was clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Disney was a short walk away. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff urgently needs customer service training. Throughout our entire stay, every staff member we encountered was cold, indifferent, and unwelcoming. We were never greeted, acknowledged, or made to feel like valued guests. Simple courtesies such as a smile, eye contact, or asking if we needed assistance were completely absent. The experience felt more like visiting the DMV than staying at a hospitality-focused property. For a hotel, this level of service is unacceptable and significantly detracted from our overall experience.

This hotel is conveniently located, close enough to walk to Disneyland and easy on and off the Freeway. The property is newer, so it is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It has all the amenities needed for a 3 to 4 day stay. It is situated right next to the Intersate 5 but you cannot here it at all from your room.

Given his location you still need to have some type of white noise in your room in order to sleep. I was fortunate that this time there was less freeway noise but I still needed my phone to generate some background noise to drown out the sounds. The room and bathroom were very well appointed and comfortable, especially the bed! The towels are a bit rough but serviceable. One of the best things about this location is the underground parking which distinguishes it from many of the other properties close to the Disneyland entrance. It’s a 15 minute walk to Disneyland security.

Perfect place within walking distance of Disneyland

Clean room, close to the Parks, Convenient.

It is walkable BUT you don't have the swarm of many walking from this direction. It is close enough to walk to Disney, and FAR enough to be away from the parks hectic traffic and crowds. Always with great service at the Front Desk are Anahi(hope I spelled it correctly) and Aaliyah. Lastly, even though it is next to the Freeway, you do not hear most of it other than Sirens.

Very clean and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was much better than I expected and I enjoyed my stay very much!
