Break fast was good, room was clean.

Although the place was overall good, there was some flaws. There was only one elevator working during our stay, which made getting upstairs or downstairs more difficult. We were there for 12 days. They need to upgrade their breakfast as they serve the same exact thing every single day. We’ve stayed at other places and they alternate the things they give you. And lastly on our next to last day we could not get into our room due to the keypad not working. We had to wait a whole day for a handyman to come servicing it. 😡

The room was very clean as well the bathroom. What i liked most it’s that is really close to the toy story parking where are all the shuttle busses that take you to the park

I appreciate the staff communication & friendliness! Great staff! Breakfast was below average but I’m still thankful! Breakfast attendant was amazing! Staff was so friendly. Hotel could definitely use some renovations. But with the amenities, like free parking, I could look past it. I found a spider in our room; however, we were on the ground level so I can understand. With the great staff & location I would stay again. Good location but sometimes hard to get out of. Good overall experience for staying over a week!

Close to Disney and walking distance to restaurants and Laundry place No refills available for breakfast creamer ran out and want refilled which I found strange. Slow lifts but I noticed it was bro g serviced so could have been faulty.

The room was clean, staff was wonderful, breakfast was a great way to start the busy day! We did walk to the park but it was a short trip. Staff told us exactly what to do. nothing. We enjoyed everything.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Starbucks right across the street. Only one elevator was working at the time of my stay and the one that did work was extremely slow.

It was pretty decent. I was expecting a shorter walk to the toy story parking lot. But the gate closet to the hotel was closed our entire trip so we had to walk the extra couple blocks to disneyland. Not the hotels fault for that one. Just something to keep in mind. All was good enough for the price. The elevator broke while we were on it and the windows had bullet holes in them. At least we know it was bullet proof glass 😂

I was very pleased with my stay here. The check in process was quick and easy, parking is a breeze and FREE (a rare thing in that area) and the room is great. I like how spacious the room was, the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We were facing the freeway which had me worried, but I didn’t hear a peep. I will definitely be staying here again soon.

Everything was very good. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. The only disappointing part was the check-in experience. The lady who assisted us refused to accept one of our bank cards simply because it had a Mexican logo on it and asked for a different card instead. She then claimed the card was too worn out, even though the other card we provided was in the same condition. In the end, she only accepted the second card because it did not have any logo on it. To me, this felt very racist and discriminatory, and it made us feel unwelcome. On top of that, her attitude was very unprofessional, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

Close to toy story parking lot. Breakfast was good. NO water pressure. Only 1 working elevator. Broken alarm clock.

The staff was very helpful. The place was clean and the breakfast was nice. My room was very comfortable. All was good!
