Everything was clean and perfect including the room. I have O complaints

Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. We were able to check in early with no issues, which made our stay even more convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a large pool and jacuzzi that were both great to enjoy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

No coffee cups at the room and when I went to ask they give me only and we was 4 of us, at check in time the lady wasn’t that nice or feel welcome

Great hotel. The only thing is they used to have a shuttle that took you to Disney which still gets announced on Expedia but no longer do

no free breakfast its at the ez sonesta next door also no shuttle to disney uber was a nut house after the fire works also water fountain didnt work in work out area and water in other fountains was cloudy and warm. Staff was nice and rooms were clean and quiet.

Rooms ok nothing to be amazed about, the ceiling was leaking water , pillows had a wird smell and staff was not welcoming at all

Close to the parks plenty of parking and room availability. Down side the rooms were not cleaned properly dirt and hairs on the floor. Shower was dirty as well

Excellent hotel overall. Although, elevators had some issues, were slow and not synched with one another. Otherwise the stay was great!

Out of three elevators only one worked for 3 floors. The pool and hot tub were not heated and there is no shuttle to get you anywhere nearby. There is a restaurant on site, but food stops at 9 PM and the bar closes at 10. I think that’s the downside for travelers who get in late or just need to relax. Other than that it’s really close to the Garden Walk and other restaurants, maybe a 15-20 minute walk if you don’t have a car.

When we complained, same person just moved us to the same wing,just one floor down. The dust from the construction above could be seen.

Jenny at the front desk was amazing

I don’t like how the water didn’t drain when taking a shower, and don’t like how you can’t turn the fan off in the bathroom.

Laundry access onsite was helpful.
