Room was clean, restroom was okay, not well maintained, slow front desk staff, after 12 hours driving we had to wait 15 mins at front desk to get checked in, once we were assigned rooms. Room keys didn’t work because those rooms got assigned to different guests. I had requested connected rooms during the reservation but we were assigned one room on 12th floor and one on 15th annoying. I had to go back again to front desk. I was told hotel team will reach out next day but nobody did. They have nice pool area. Breakfast wasn’t included, parking was super expensive $40 a night. Overall okay not too bad not too good. I will not go back.

-roommate had trouble use entrance & exit room key @ gate. otherwise good stay.

Phone was so old I could not hear the front desk. Also, I assumed there were microwaves in a "premium room" but did not check when I reserved.

The hallway smell so bad . My gf and i go late that night . They say lobby is close you can’t sit there make my gf go to room wait for me. Parking always out. Key is not working always click button call for help to open the door

It was a really clean and nice place. Easy to get to different location around Anaheim. Only about 40 mins from dodger stadium, Newport Beach area. You are within walking distance of angels stadium. Only complaint I have is that the pillows were extra soft and I like a more firm pillow. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, quiet place couldn’t hear any of the other guest in the hallways. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was awesome! Parking was horrible no one was helpful with extra parking ! If the lot was full should let people know instead of letting them all in and people wanting to fight because there’s no way to turn around! Having only one person on to help with valet is a huge mistake! Paying almost 40 for parking and the card never would work try to use call box Nono w there to help! 40 is a lot to pay for crappy parking! Was a huge disappointment

Everything was great once we got into our room. We had to get our key re programmed 4 times before they just moved us to a different room. With our luggage this was a little frustrating to have to move. Everything was great otherwise!

There was a patio seating, with firepits, making it cozy and nice, after the game, to have a couple drinks. Parking was easy. I don’t remember the cost, but the hotel just added it to our nightly bill. The room key got you in and out access, making it easy. We left early, so didn’t do breakfast at the hotel. We did get coffee from the cafe in the lobby though, they serve Starbucks coffee.

It was a overall decent experience i mean the elevator to the far right had a restroom odor, the ice machine on my floor didnt work (9th floor) so i had to go to the 8th floor everytime i wanted some ice, and the water randomly turned off for a hour due to maintenance on the 28th of june so that happened but overall the staff was nice and it was clean minus the stain on my bed and it was trash left in the hotel room bathroom on the first night so overall i give it a 2 1/2 stars out of 5 & on my next Disney trip i wont be coming back to this hotel 1000%

Clean and great service

Check in was a breeze, whole process took me 4 minutes. My room was clean and spacious, the elevator and halls looked very clean. We used the pool and hot tub that night and the whole area was awesome walking out on the patio are they had 3 fire pits which was awesome. The security guard politely lets us know that the pool area was closing and gave us time to get our stuff said he would be back in 10 minutes instead of just rushing us out like most do, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

They gave me fresh chocolate chip cookies when I arrived and the staff was absolutely delightful! Valet was affordable and my deposit came back pretty quickly! I will be staying again soon 5/5 stars
-
Quick one night stay, was perfect for that. Would stay again on another quick stay
-
All was good. Only complaint is the parking is kinda far away - but at least there is parking. The property was oversold and they did not have our room type when we checked in, but they did comp the parking for the inconvenience. All in all good stay.

Called for my body wash as it was empty when checking in. Front desk said they would send someone up but no one showed up.
