Clean and convenient

When I first checked in, the floor smelt like marijuana. It’s a smoke free hotel, I reported it. My room also smelled like mildew. I requested a change in room and assistance with moving my luggage, they approved it. The new room was great. The downfall is the bathroom seat seemed so low and it made a loud sound each time it was flushed. The rooms do not have microwaves. Other than that, they have a bar, restaurant and coffee shop that are convenient. Parking is on the higher end.

Stayed in double bedroom room. Everything is very fresh and clean and personal is very friendly and helpful. Great for families with kids. Unexpected that bottled water in room is not free, even though I have Hilton honors membership. Also the parking cost is unexpectedly high. Did not try the breakfast as well due to high cost

The entire staff is nice and greats you as soon as you pull up to the Hotel.

Stayed with my wife and son for three nights and the location was just perfect to get to the Disney parks. We will be staying again

Hotel very nice, clean. Restaurant food was not that good and very limited in variety.

Came into our room, saw a dirty hair tie in the shower. Went to the lobby the next day to inform them of this and request a room cleaning and new towels, they said no problem. Came back the second day to our room and it was not cleaned, and no towels were dropped off. Called the next morning to request towels, asked how long and was told 5-10 minutes … it took 45 minutes. Went to check out and was not asked about my experience or stay, instead I found mistakes in our bill and while that was corrected, the lack of attention by the staff and dirtiness in our room makes this hotel a NO for future stays. Not worth it.

The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The outdoor seating area was also very nice and relaxing. The only thing that could be improved is that the pool could be cleaned more often. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It is also conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, and the area is safe and pleasant.

If you schedule with Expedia they advertise that they have queen beds but they are double. It was rough squeezing four people into one room.

Hotel was fine but when we got there people were still occupying the room so we had to get a different room. Then the parking machine was broken. They waived our parking which was great. The washing machine was also broken which was inconvenient. No hair dryers in the rooms, refrigerator barely got cold. But it was clean and relatively quiet.

Great location. Various eating options around. Across from an outlet shopping center. Restaurant was always busy with great ambience. For quick breakfast options, the cafe downstairs offered Starbucks drinks and some food.

The wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom and had some stains that need to be cleaned or wiped down. We had put the AC at 65 but it got nowhere near that. We went to get some ice and the ice machine was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice. We got back after going out so we went to the bar for a couple of drinks, we sat there for about four minutes and wasn’t acknowledged, yes both bartenders male and female made eye contact with us, so we decided to go across the the street to the Aryes and have a couple drinks at their bar. We had a great time there. We paid $39 to park in the parking lot and when we got back it was full, we had to go to the parking structure next to the hotel to park (that needed a bit of cleaning). Don’t know if it was just in the area we park in but there was a lot of trash on yhe floor. Would I stay here again? Maybe give it one more try. But really got to consider the extra $40 for parking on top of the nightly rate.

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful but the ice and soda machines were out of service without any out of order note on them.

Hotel is great! Stayed there twice for my Disneyland trip with friends so far. There is a parking garage shared with an apartment building next to the hotel if the regular parking lot is full. Great spot near other amenities like the outlet mall, hospital, etc.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms was exceptionally clean.
