The computers were down and we couldn’t check in on time. I had to be somewhere by 4:30pm. My daughter was getting married the next day so I had to keep her wedding dress in my hot car for 4 hours. It was a little bit of a bummer.

The room had a great view. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The property was very impressive! The bar and lobby and pool were clean, well decorated and the staff were all friendly. The room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much! Only suggestion would be that the AC was not very strong.

Everything was clean and the poolside is beautiful. Front desk was very helpful when we left something in our room and made sure we got all our stuff.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff is very kind and helpful! Clean area, very accommodating.

Super easy to get to from Angel Stadium, very clean and safe area. I highly recommend and will be staying here again.

- Initially given a room on the 17th floor...which was already occupied. Then issued a new room after going downstairs and explaining the situation. - The parking charge of $39 a night was excessive and the gates entering and exciting the parking lot seldom worked,...necessitating further trips to the front desk. - The promised room rate, for which I had documentation, was $153 a night;.. plus taxes and parking. Upon check-out I was initially charged $199 a night; but I had asked for a printed receipt and was able to catch this. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes for this to be straitened out. Will stay elsewhere on my next trip to the area this September.

Overall, not the best experience. The first valet was terse and not welcoming; all others were nice and prompt. The hotel system was down, which prolonged getting into our room; not pleasant after a long day on the road. The room cleanliness was good but had a contact lens left behind. Water bottle filler is a nice amenity but odd that it's down the hall next to conference rooms. Would love one in the lobby. Would have saved me an unpleasant encounter with a less than pleasant security guard who must have been having a bad day. He said the area was closed, but water station was only 30 ft away (no signs, not roped off). Nonetheless, it seemed as though we disturbed him. I know the hotel is near Disneyland, but I didn't expect to get my thrills from their elevator. We were stuck two times - only for a minute each time - but still, an added annoyance.

When my card key didn't work and I went to the front desk, I received no apology. The room was tired in that the furniture was scratched. There was no safe deposit box. The mini refrigerator smelled of mold

When we arrived their systems were down and couldn't check in. We waited over 2 hour to check in. They have us a room that someone else was staying in. When they switched our room the tv didn't work. The gate to get in and out of the parking lot wasn't working correctly. They also tried to charge my card almost double the booking price. We will not be staying here again.

Absolutely amazing stay. One of the cleanest and well maintained hotels I’ve stayed at.
