The suite was comfortable and clean. We had a good night’s sleep and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Front desk staff very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful, upscale atmosphere and feels very updated. As soon as you walk in and see the waterfalls, you immediately think, “Okay yeah, this is nice.” The open layout where you can look up and see the different floors and room doors gives the hotel a unique feel and adds to the ambiance. Breakfast was also a plus. They offer a buffet-style breakfast with continental items and several additional options, which was a nice way to start the morning. The location is great, especially if you’re visiting Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, or coming into town for a sporting event or tournament. I used to play AAU basketball, and I immediately thought this would have been a great team hotel. There’s plenty of space for everyone, and it’s the type of atmosphere where the parents would be happy staying here too. During our stay, there were several softball teams at the hotel, which added to the family-friendly atmosphere. We met people from different parts of the country, and everyone was friendly. The setup of the hotel naturally makes it easy to have conversations and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling crowded. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a family trip, tournament, or visit to the nearby theme parks. I did have some maintenance issue with my room but I called front desk and they were able to accommodate me for the inconvenience.

The carpets were very old and dirty. No matter how low I set the thermostat warm in the room. Good luck finding parking if you get back late.

Easy access to Disneyland

The staff was amazing every single person we encountered was great and very welcoming AC only worked for one room and worked very poorly for the second. There is a fee for parking and the building was old and not very clean Shower leaked and vents were very dirty

The windows in the rooms let a lot of traffic noise in but very big room comfy bed and great breakfast! Oh the the happy hour commentary drinks were a bonus

Tv controllers didn’t really work you had to triple click for it to work and toilet handle was either broken or stuck you had to force pull down the handle for it to try and flush

I absolutely loved my stay. I was very impressed with their breakfast bar and how clean the hotel was. I will definitely be coming back and I will recommend this to my family as well

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice location and restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet had tons of good options including fresh made omelet Our toilet wouldn't flush. I couldn't call anyone because it was too late. Room was very old but still nice

I feel that they charge you for anything and everything water is $5 shuttle is $6 parking which I was unaware of is $30 a night so I seen the charge on my credit card and was not informed that parking was not included also the breakfast was never available long lines and if people are on vacation shouldn’t it be until 10 am or 11 am and finally not enough handicap parking I will definitely not be staying for what they charge might as well go all out and stay at the Disney hotel

Great location and excellent customer service.

The room was clean… the bathroom light kept flickering… and the toilet had such a hard time flushing my kids couldn’t flush it alone… the bed was not comfortable. I felt wires as I slept. The breakfast was minimal edible. I wouldn’t be staying here again. Was over all okay stay
