ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange

Great stay. Breakfast was great. Lots of parking spaces.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and in a great location. We also had a nice view, which was a plus.

I went to see an Angels baseball game. Upon arrival , I learned I could have saved 20% on booking at an already lower price, and a discount on the tix I already bought . I learned ….. call the hotel directly to see if they have a lower price and or having specials for any reason. Great place good time but in back of my head , I was flustered with the cost difference hahahaha

Everything was incredible, super friendly staff made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed.

The staff was extremely friendly. Loved the breakfast and the area both inside and out in a patio where you can eat it. Really pretty courtyard area. The room was very nice. The only slightly negative was the elevators were very narrow and small, hard to put many people in them with their luggage. Other than that, very nice and I’ll stay there again!

Had a great stay staff was very friendly. Room was comfy. Only problem was phone didnt work in my room.

The room was cleaner-ish and the staff was great. However I found a huge cockroach in my room. I don’t plan on staying here again in the future.

I like that the hotel is minutes away from Disneyland. Also, the staff are helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Maybe the carpeted room needs to be shampooed.

Good location. Parking was easy. Beds very comfortable. Step down from a higher tub to a lower bathroom floor was potentially treacherous. Carpets seemed slightly dingy.

A special shoutout to Donna at the front desk! She was incredibly nice, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She always made us feel welcome and was happy to assist whenever we needed anything. Great customer service really makes a difference, and Donna definitely made our stay more memorable. Thank you, ALO Hotel, for the wonderful hospitality! We would definitely stay here again. ❤️
