The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, sufficient for our needs, the coffee was excellent. We really appreciated being able to cook in the room. The air conditioner worked great, important as there was a heat wave during our stay in the summer. The common areas could have been cleaner.

decent space for two adults and especially two small dogs I brought well we practically stayed up very late, I ended up going to the restroom and there was a cockroach in the bathtub drainage just crawling around. The photo I submitted it’s very hard to see but when u zoom in the roach is there inside the drainage

good location, freindly staff when i arrived, was late, room was ok, fridge was dirty, no biggy, comp breakfast was gone by 9am,, no worries,i have stayed at a few of the places and overalll good experiences

Trash on the floor everywhere, including the hallways. Filthy bathroom, just seems like it’s not maintained. We wanted somewhere near angel stadium for a night. We checked in, went to dinner, then the game. After the game was over we went back to the room and just grabbed our stuff and left. It felt like if we opened our luggage we would bring home some kind of bug.

Interior of building is very dirty, filthy carpet, walls and elevator, room could use some maintenance walls stained and dirty, bathtub was dirty.

The location everything else was disgusting. There was dog foul smell like urine really disgusting carpet. The stains all over it they could’ve been dog foul very sticky. The smell was unbearable. The bedding was disgusting. Sweaty pillow marks all over and they smelled like they were found in the trash. The furniture look like it come out of a dumpster. I don’t think there is words that could properly describe that room. I have actually watched YouTube videos of where they go into abandoned houses and they looked better condition than this hotel. Everything disgusting isn’t in it the pictures must’ve been 30 years ago when they must’ve opened furniture look like it results of a dumpster bedding look like you’d never been washed he didn’t smell clean. Out of seven towels, hand towel and flannels there was only two that looked clean. The rest of black and brown marks all over them smell a smoke one of them. A carpet were that filthy they had marks on and the full room smelt of urine I didn’t know if they’ve used that room for dog shelter in the past never cleaned it. It was that bad. I don’t think you could believe it till you seen the pictures and if you are the small vision, yeah save your money. come to quality in 10 minutes down the road from there it’s just fantastic so clean. It’s a very similar style to that hotel but it’s clean smells lovely bedding as absolutely crisp smells clean. Looks clean ever hidden doesn’t look like it’s been battered and stuff stuff as Mark is on it’s a hotel but nothing that looks like it’s been ripped furniture yes sorry for waffling on

Close to baseball stadium Hard to find. Bad leaky faucet in the tub. Needs a lot of upgrades.

Staff was ok - did not feel welcomed. Bath tub has some black spots that would was away as you shower. All night there was a sound like something was clogged and was clearing. I got up so many to check it. There were no chairs just table. Power outlet were not in working order they were damaged. I had to unplug a light to charge my phone.

Not the cleanest Extended Stay I've stayed at. Also, be cautious of where you park, not all of the parking is allotted for the hotel (its in the same vicinity as a shopping area). The room was decent, but the hotel could use an upgrade. Overall, still a good experience.

It’s very dirty inside the rooms. I didn’t have time to swap but I think they only came in to restock some soap and make the beds. Toliet had marks in it, sink still dirty with toothpaste, dirty used towels on the floor and hanging in the bathroom.
