I liked how close to the arena and food options. I wish there was a gate in the fence to make it easier to get to the Honda center

Dirty, broken, rusty and lacking essential necessities. There was a kitchen with no cookware, place settings or utensils.

Found roaches and stained sheets in our room. Property needs an upgrade.

Location No amenities

Perfect location with lots of stuff to do all around the area My room was dirty and the bed was super worn and uncomfortable

For the price, we got a clean room, eventually. We checked in and they gave us a room that was not cleaned. Front desk tried to say they didn't have any other rooms like the one we had booked, so tried to give us a smaller room. After talking with the front desk they gave us another rm alike. But other than that issue, rooms was clean, n service got it handled. So 4*s

NO AC (SUMMER). Just horrible.

I just like the location around . I don’t like the room, the AC in room, bathtub. The room Was smelt terribleHonestly, iu will be never come back even though it has promotions

I would highly discourage anyone from staying here. It’s filthy, very outdated, and the amenities in the room may or MAY NOT work. Had to switch rooms due to a big mold issue in the bathroom. The 2nd room we were placed in, the refrigerator didn’t work. The patrons there were pretty dicey as well. If there are other options with vacancies, GO!

Staff was nice and helpful but the room was dusty with stains. The building looked old too.

The only thing I will add is that they should make a small investment to add a simple continental breakfast. There are several times I never find this place because I usually search for places with breakfast. They could charge more if they offered breakfast and they DEFINITELY have space for it.

Not clean! Pictures of the property advertised is not what we walked into. It smelled like urine, bed was lumpy, liquid splatter on the walls/doors, bulge on ceiling in bathroom like a water leak. We turned around and walked out. Left the keys with the gentleman up front and let him know we were not staying. Just awful!

Nothing The room was dirty, there was no shampoo conditioner nor lotion. I asked for two extra pillows they had none. Short staffed took an hour to check in.

They changed our room because our original room didn't look like the cleaning was completed as the toilet had some papers and hair. Our second room also had some water spots on the mirror but we settled in as we were tired. The amenities were bare minimum, we had to ask for shampoo at the front. The breakfast was not even worth mentioning.

Dirty and gross

The young man at the front desk when I arrived so late was very kind, at a time when I needed it badly (rough day) My inability to talk by phone to someone before arrival ( i reached either a phone service or corporate customer service ). That person i spoke on phone with was insisting that because my train delay caused me to be very late for checkin, I was going to be charged and considered a no show by policy. Thankfully, the on site staff was understanding and made my stay pleasant.
