Very nice clean room, full sized fridge freezer, good little kitchen facilities very easy check in and check out , the staff were very friendly.

i did not get a breakfast My room was smell smoke and there was roaches around.

front desk staff, price and location! TV would not turn on.! tried for a hour+... called front desk..they couldnt really help..was busy and tried to give me further instructions to no avail..so offered to change room (upstairs) which I didnt not want ! there was work/repairs going on outside near new room after 11pm!! Plus people hanging outside my damm door for hours!!! and loud!< from next room over! no respect !!! didnt appreciate everytime I open my door someone hanging out on balcony right in front of my door! no privacy!

The staff is friendly. The room was clean when I first arrived, but I’ve been staying in extended stay room and I’ve been here over a week and a half almost 2 weeks and no one has came and cleaned the room. I’ve asked I’ve asked multiple times multiple different people I had to ask for a clean bed linens I had to change the sheets on the bed myself I had to ask for a broom I had to sweep my own room

The room was clean, check in was easy, bed comfy, AC worked well, staff was nice. Nice small kitchenette- I didn't use it, but good to know they have it for the future. I booked this very last minute when out day trip unexpectedly turned into an overnight trip. Close to restaurants, stores and movie theater.

Ac strong but noisy. Although the staff offered to change the room.

It was a large room. The staff was super friendly. The bed was super uncomfortable.No coffee maker in the room.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. A little higher price than I can afford for a weekly stay.

You get what you pay for, basic clean room.

Omg I stayed here the end of April for just a 3 day trip, had to change rooms 4txs, one was not what I booked, the other later found out had no electricity, third the ac didn’t work and lastly finally had one but then the key wld work sometimes. Omg I saw roaches, vomit on the walk way. The staff was ok but so disorganized. Wld never stay here again

It's very convenient to multiple locations around town. Great jumping point to the corners of Duval County. Changing rooms due to broken pipe behind the shower walls, and in our new room guests trying to access our room at 2am because the front office didn't update their system.
