Suburban Studios Orange Park - Jacksonville near Naval Air Station

The room was an efficiency unit. Full fridge, microwave, dedicated sink and hot plate. Very clean but musty smelling. The switches for the bed side lights require having to stand up out of bed to reach. A very comfortable room and a GREAT value for the price. The exterior is just a motel on a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. The exterior would make you want to drive on past. The room is really good and especially for the price.

Ghetto, smelt awful, no running water in the shower, was dirty, drugs and people fighting over substances while trying to check in. Awful experience

Cheap I had to go up to the office 3 times in a row for my key card not opening the door, once I finally get a working key card I had to use my whole body weight to get the door to open. The room was dirty, chairs had stains all over them bath tub paint peeling off, no drain plug, shower fixtures cracked and wobbly, no email confirming checkout so I do not see myself getting my deposit back without disputing. Ordered door dash and had two creepy men and their dog two rooms down try to snatch it before I had opened the door the dog was literally licking my pizza box while his owner just stood there.

The location is perfect for what I needed. The King room that I stayed in (174) was very musty and a little dirty. I felt like I needed a dehumidifier.

Sheets seemed clean but had dark stains. Old mattress with springs. Remote control was sticky. Saw human hair and food crumbs on the floor. The front bumper of my car was scraped and dented in the parking lot overnight. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until I had already left the property. There were some really sketchy people outside the night I arrived. One girl parked out in the passenger seat of a really beat up car directly outside my room. She was in there for at least two hours, appeared to be recording with her phone. She watched we every time I went to and from my car, and I felt very uncomfortable. Do not stay here if you value your safety or your property!

Doors not secure, twice strangers that were not maids were able to open the door and enter. I happened to be in the room both times. No idea if people entering when I’m not in the room
