Was a good stay for a short trip

Friendly staff that was very helpful

The staff was more than helpful accommodating my family during my stay

When I asked for anything they were nasty about it ac didn't work they did nothing and it was dirty when I first got there I would not recommend going yuck

While the bed was amazing, the room was dirty. The floor hadn't been mopped in months, there was a sticky spot by the air conditioner and a balled up tissue behind the bathroom door. I won't stay there again.

The room was never cleaned there is big ass coch Roche running around manager in training has no manners and talks down to you i think it's a dumb it's good for the hoover turning tricks but not a place for me.

I didn't like the fact that they would not help a disabled veteran and his disabled girlfriend to be put on the 1st floor and there was empty rooms I asked when I checked in and the lady just laughed at me

I was disappointed that there was no pool or no continental breakfast The room was clean all staff members were very polite

No pool, no breakfast or complimentary breakfast snacks , every room should have a microwave, and refrigerator . Basic needs of a traveler. Not an answer of some rooms have them some dont. Redirectculous.

Todo está muy bien sólo tienen que mejorar limpiando los cuartos cuando uno los renta por semana ya que en dos semanas sólo una vez fueron a cambiar toallas

The staff were very kind to me! But I could hear them arguing and cursing amongst each other. The room was damp and so were the bed sheets. There were roaches in the room and ants that were also in the bed. There wasn’t hot water in the sink and there was mold and mildew in the room. There was blood on the door by the bathroom and a really bad smell in the fridge. The area did not feel safe, but again the staff were really kind to me. I will not be returning based on the unsatisfactory conditions of the room. However the price was unbeatable. But next time, I’ll pay a bit more to have a more pleasant experience elsewhere.
