The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The coffee maker in our room did not work, so we had to go downstairs for our morning coffee and bring it back to our room. I also did not appreciate the tag on the two bottles of water saying "complimentary", but then in the small print it is only for Silver-rated members, not the every day guest. We did have an unidentified bug crawling on the ceiling that we had to eliminate, but other than that, the room was very clean.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Hallways smelled like wet dog and fans were blowing. It was hot in the hallway. Air conditioning unit in the room was very loud.

Found bug infestation in my room but staff was quick to reassign me to a new room when I asked. Staff was excellent which I appreciate. Room was not.

We stay here alot. Love how clean the hotel always is. Staff is always friendly. Trash can in pool area was overflowing for couple of days. Pool wasnt cleaned out, lots of bugs in it. Our black out binds wouldn't open. The comtrol on the wall wasnt working. Had hard time communicating with housekeeping. Speak no English!

Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.

Everything was clean staff was accommodating The idea we had to pay $14.99 each for breakfast was outrageous!! Especially for a little more than what you would call a continental breakfast!!!

Spacious bedroom with microwave and mini fridge. The aircon is noisy.

Good buffet (food was fresh), bacon and sausages properly cooked. Hash browns too. We had a room for 3: bathroom suitable for 2, not 3 (need place to hang towels). Showers need more grab bars for handicapped people (I am older and have balance issues; a horizontal grab bar would have been helpful. A notepad and pen would have been appreciated. Everything else was good.

Staff was amazing! No complimentary breakfast for the cost of the rooms. Also having handicap room on the second floor is very unsafe if there’s a fire.

Location was close to our destination. Road noise was terrible, kept me awake through the night and the TV did not work.
