Only problem was the sticky floor in the breakfast area. Felt dirty.

Pricing was incorrect. Front desk staff had attitude about it. Automatic blackout shade not working and all I got was “ it has a cord you need to pull” and the nest day”oh sorry. “ Side door lock broken, so I got locked out.

Much better place to stay then staying in Stark florida. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good and parking was good and the staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants in the area. Reasonable rate for our dogs also

There was broken glass in our room which my wife stepped on a piece and cut her foot. Shampoo bottle in the shower was empty so not too happy about our stay!

Long wait time at checkin. Bathtub could use update.

It was easy check-in was just saying for work for an overnight stay I ordered to go food and they had disposable silverware downstairs clean staff was nice. I would recommend.

Great place to stay

Room was very clean as was property overall. Breakfast was delicious.

Not much the breakfast was good. The man at the front desk was rude, I asked for a luggage cart and he told me I would have to go to different floors to find one. The room we had was horrible, the decor was dirty and worn out, the tv was not directly in front us, we had to turn all the way to the right to watch it. There was also a large group that was staying at the hotel when we were there. The staff catered to them, making us feel invisible. My overall experience was terrible.

Clean, staff very friendly and accomidating

The breakfasts were good. There was a hot breakfast including eggs, meats, oatmeal, waffles as well as muffins, yogurts, boiled eggs, juices. The areas were clean and the food was plentiful. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

However, I was disappointed to find that none of the rooms have a lock on the washroom door, which can be inconvenient for families and affects privacy.

Terrible staff interactions. They were not friendly and very rude, especially, the Assistant Manager and Food and Beverage Management. This was my first and last time staying here. I have never had a bad experience at the Hampton until this experience.
