Woodspring Suites Jacksonville Orange Park

The Manager Tyler is very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this location when traveling and visiting family at the Jacksonville Naval Air Station.

Wood springs in Orange County was a much nicer place to stay than the current place I was in. The room I stayed in was nice. I will say that they could use better house keeping. The halls and stair ways are always dirty with garbage.

Nothing Our room was disguising with the floors not clean and used rags in our bathroom,the hallway smelled like fish, numerous of guest had the problems like me and my friends, and no hot water

I also have bedbug bites on my arm and face from this place. The staff are nice and helpful but it needs a pest control treatment badly. Parking is ample and easy to find.

The property was in a good location, no Random people hanging out, no drug dealers running in and out so it was an ok place for me. I didnt like that the elevator had a smell to it, like someone took a pee in it probably someone dog, guest let there dog take a shit anywhere and dont clean it up, thats not on the hotel tho I just feel like if your bringing your animals have respect. the water was shut off with no warning to the guests a phone call or notice on the door would of been respectful to paying guests.

Clean rooms but the elevator and hall stank..

The property is always clean and pleasant the staff is so friendly and helpful with all yout needs and you can have a parking area all the time

Nothing I was very disappointed in this place nothing was like they put in their pictures and they said the room was supposed to be fully empty with everything you need to use for your kitchen use, there was nothing in the kitchen to use and the guy at the front desk told me when I asked him about it that the app was and old one and they didn't do that anymore, I said you are false advertising your rooms and you should remove it there wasn't even any toilet paper in the bathroom and when I asked about that he said we'll i can give you some of that. I have never been so mad and disappointed with anyone or any place that I have ever stayed the floor was nasty, your feet were dirty when you looked at the bottom of them,i requested a shower chair for the bathroom and he said they don't have those but the rooms that had handicapped bars were already full i asked him why I wasn't given one of those rooms because I had reserved my room a few weeks ago he didn't know. I found out from some other people staying there that there rooms had everything in the kitchen that it was supposed to. The bar in the bathtub that's supposed to hold your shampoo in guess I was trying to hold on to it because I was having trouble getting in and out of the tub and it fell off and I almost fell in the tub. I would have left if I could have gotten my money back, I would never stay there again and I think that booking should check out the places they use i would like to have my money refunded i can't tell you how disappointed and inconvenience I was this weekend.

That I booked a room online , you guys canceled and yet haven’t returned my money you crooks

1. Check-in: When we arrived, the front desk initially told us they could not help us with our reservation because the hotel had been overbooked. We had to leave the hotel, go outside to the parking lot, and contact customer service to complain. Only after that did someone from the front desk come out and assist us with our reservation. 2. Room condition: The refrigerator in our room was leaking a significant amount of water, leaving the area around it wet. I have photos documenting the condition. 3. Check-out: When it was time to check out, there was no one at the front desk and there were no clear instructions about the check-out process. We ended up simply leaving our room keys/cards on the front desk. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The check-in process was frustrating, the room had a maintenance issue, and the check-out process was unclear. I expected a much better experience and would hope the hotel improves its customer service and maintenance.

Great for the price

The property was dirty. Bathroom was atrocious., hair and I don’t know what all over sink and toilet. The fact that I had to schedule an extra night and I had already paid for my two nights through Booking.com. Paid 3 nights total then find that I was charged another 150$ for the two nights already paid for. Was told prior to check out that there would be a refund for the extra nights in a couple of business days? Cleanness, better knowledge of internet bookings.
