Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Provo Orem

The Hispanic woman helping in the breakfast area and the early-morning desk attendance were super helpful with what we needed. Convenient location and nice breakfast options!

I had reserved a room with two king beds through booking.com. When we checked in, they had us down for a King suite with one bed and a pullout. This is what booking had reserved on our behalf. The lovely woman at check in graciously switched us to a double queen at no extra charge. The room and hotel were clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was close to our family that we were visiting and close to many amenities. The room and property were clean. The price was great for five nights. The hotel has a nice lobby and decent breakfast. The parking was a bit challenging as the property is located next to another Marriott hotel and it was quite busy. Yet, each night of our five night stay we did find parking.

Everything was as expected. Not fancy, but clean, safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the available drinks and snacks by the front desk.

The staff was amazing. The girl that checked us in was so sweet. The room was clean, bedding was clean, the towels were clean, the ac worked amazingly. The coffee this morning needed some work.. it was was cold and didn’t taste great.

They had a lavender scent in the lobby so strong it gave my wife a headache and she couldn’t have breakfast. The rooms had no garbage bags when we checked in. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were severely watered down.

Only stayed the one night. Seemed like a good value

I also got sick within an hour of eating the breakfast the first morning we stayed. We did not eat the breakfast the next day. Otherwise, the building was very clean as well as the room. That we great. But I wouldn't stay there again specifically in regard to the overpowering smell of the essential oils.

The pool was cold, we asked about the temperature and told it was turned up to 83. Now way.

I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I didn’t have this gift card. This was the cheapest Marriott in the area for the time I was there. It was clean, except they don’t refresh your room if you stay more than 1 night. They didn’t have much breakfast left after 9am both mornings. Just frustrated that it’s been such a struggle to use my gift card and I still end up paying more.

seemed clean enough, no funky smells. the breakfast was a HUGE let down. Sausages were gone, Oatmeal was gone, only 3 yogurts (all plain). Even the water pitcher was empty. Garbage cans over flowing, mentioned it and they were never addressed. No table had been wiped. Seemed like staff training was mussing on how to run a food service,
