Easy check in with friendly staff who were willing to accommodate our requests. Easily accessible from the freeway with many restaurants and stores nearby. Filling breakfast with several options for everyone. Rooms were spacious and well taken care of. There were no personal soaps or dispensers at the sink, only a lotion dispenser. The cleanliness was below expectations with musty smells in the room and hallways were dirty and needed vacuuming.
-
Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room.

Perfect location for the graduation I was attending Not very personable. Room wasn’t the cleanest

Convenient location and all as expected at a La Quinta!

Let's talk about the water situation, though. We booked a King with an in room jacuzzi tub for a several night stay for an important event, so space and the ability to get 2 people ready simultaneously was essential. We did appreciate the roominess, closet space, and iron / ironing board. What was NOT awesome was the water pressure in the room. Understanding that there is a lot of talk about this issue lately, let me say that the problem was even below that standard. The shower head, though adjustable, was useless to help keep pressure reasonable. The worst part, however, was this horrible hum in the pipes throughout! It was loud and changed pitch in a nails-on-the-blackboard kind of way! The jacuzzi was also an issue - though large and well placed, it took SO LONG to fill it that we were in danger of forgetting we had started it by the time it was ready. We could not hear the water because of the low pressure and the air conditioning unit nearby. We were on the second floor, so I am glad we had the notion to set an alarm to check it as we were exhausted by travel and the weekend events. We did not expect the Taj Mahal from the LaQuinta. But we did expect to have a basic shower be available for our needs without the pipe concert. The bed was super comfortable, though, and the staff was friendly. There is a Culver's restaurant with a drive-thru right across the street open till 11PM.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful. Hot tub small but clean.

Great location Unable to keep up with the amount of people booked onto the property. Ice machines all broken, breakfast food was sparse due to so many people crammed into 4 tables. The hot tub is the size of a bathtub, it technically seats 3. I think there we counted 12 in it when we tried to go.

It was a Good experience staying at the Quinta. Great location, very clean, and had everything you need in the room. The only thing is the metal bed frame that was very noisy

Here’s the thing - rooms are expensive nowadays! And I like a deal - but when it came to hotels that just meant I wanted to pay as little as possible. I don’t hang out on the property. I show up as late as I can and leave as early as I can - there’s too much adventuring to do. So I booked this room. I got in at 10:30 pm and planned to leave at 8 am. Within 10 minutes, I found a live roach crawling across the bed. The whole room felt “unkept” - it wasn’t sticky or messy, but when I pulled back the sheets there were stains (maybe clean ones, maybe not, I can’t say). The bathroom floor tile was chipped and cracked, the hall carpet had debris, you could smell the neighbor smoking, and hear their TV still blaring at 11:30pm…I’ve been converted to only staying in more reputable hotels from now on.

Personal Bad elevator, sticky room floor, barking dog, was left unpainted.

price and location

Evening clerk gave us a room that someone was already in, so we hauled our luggage back down their crappy elevator to the front desk to get another room. The new room (back on their crappy) elevator was acceptable for a 1 night sleep. Unfortunately, our room faced the highway and it was pretty loud, but the bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast sucked. Open from 6am - 9am and we got down there a little before 8am and the only thing left was sausage links, stale bread, a single bagel and waffle mix. Don't book this place for the breakfast!
-
There were a lot of plugins to charge devices in the room - great for a family who has a number of devices. Would gladly stay here again.

Our room looked like it was under construction, the fridge was super warm, not cold at all. The elevator felt super sketchy.

The breakfast is good. Plentiful, with a good variety to choose from. From what I could tell the entire Hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed in. My room was exceptionally clean. I had room 318. I believe the card on the mirror said Maria as being the one responsible for the room. Great job Maria! The young woman working the front desk during the day was extremely helpful! Very pleasant to talk to, and was very helpful. She said she was from Ukraine. Good job in hiring her! The phone didn't work. The fixtures in the bathtub were all loose, operational, but all loose. Bad install. There's also enough room for a table and one or two chairs. That would have been helpful.
