Great Location, Easy access to freeway, restaurants and gas stations

Things were broken and not working well

I enjoyed my stay (return customer) but I admit I was not there much of the time other than breakfast and sleeping. The room (and the rest of the hotel) was very clean, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I appreciate the conservation efforts (water/laundry) with the option for cleaning/service by request. Breakfast included a variety of options including protein, waffles, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, etc. Overall it was an enjoyable stay with helpful, friendly staff. I will undoubtedly be back!

A suggestion: get some benches out front so guests can sit outside and look at the view of the lake.

Great location close to wedding venue

My issue is with the cleanliness. The night I stayed which was a weekend the price point was $160 (with tax) - At that price point, yes I expected it to be clean. The first room I was given I went right back downstairs and asked for a different room. The comforter was soiled with pools of oil. I’m sure the housekeeping team knows how to get oil out of comforters so it looked like it was never washed. The staff was very nice and immediately put me in a different room and was very gracious. The second room had dirty floors so kept my shoes on for my entire stay. The other thing was the shampoo/soap dispensers hanging on the walls of the shower. They were stuck and not pumping so I took them out of the bracket that was holding them and saw there was pubic hair, grime, soap scum and brown sludge all underneath them, where they’d been. It truly turned my stomach. The room wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t super clean either. Like it appeared clean unless you looked too hard. If it was half the price I’d look the other way on these things but not at nearly $200 a night.

Hotel is right off the 15 so it is convenient. Staff was friendly but in general the property was not very clean. The carpets are stained, dirty walls, bathroom showing a lot of age. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee not good, bread products stale. Sausages way over cooked.

My room was not on par with the pictures and rating it had. Broken toilet lid just glued back together and not very good at that. All repairs to the room were shoddy and many thing just neededbto be replaces, not jimmy rigged back together. If we wouldbhave gotten thebroom the picturea advertised things wouldbhave been different.

The elevator was broken, the bathroom had no soap and the towels were super scratchy. Breakfast was good though and the staff was really nice.

Great location. Easy access to shopping

We loved the pool... it was clean, always had towels, it was never very crowded. The view from our room to the lake was beautiful. The Air conditioning worked wonderfully. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre - Not many options, not maintained frequently enough, many items ran out and were not replaced, very very basic and blah. The parking lot is quite small and was sometimes blocked by large trucks taking up several parking spots.

The room was wonderful ! Clean, fresh, super comfy pillows! Love that it was not carpeted, and instead had modern flooring, newly cleaned. Grateful for the fridge, microwave & coffee station. Nice warm breakfast of eggs, biscuit, gravy, potatoes—including the ubiquitous waffle makers. Walk to all the stores, & even a yummy nearby Mexican restaurant, Milagros. Nice mountain & lake views. Shower looked newly removated. Only issue: toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Should just use a standing holder. Some areas of hall could use refreshing/cleaning. Looking forward to trying the pool & hit tub. 👍
