Excellent attention from the hotel staff great amenities, clean rooms but outdated FF&E

Check in went very well and all our interactions with the staff were truly outstanding. The room was huge and very comfortable overall. And, even with what follows I can see us returning to this hotel. Breakfast was very good with a number of different choices each day. The downside being the windows and the air conditioning were louder than expected and the bed while large was horrible - the room and area were very nice but the mattress was such both my wife and I did not rest well either night and we were tired from our activities each day. The staff were again, excellent and should be commended. Thank you!

The convenience on and off the freeway,close to amenities. Multiple light switches, door knobs,and doors and dirty handprints on them. The mirror on the bathroom door was covered in Water and other splatters. The side of fridge was very dirty. All of the sinks faucets looked like they got a quick wipe down with a dirty rag. The furniture in the room has definitely been worn and needs a good cleaning!!! The plus side was the AC and convince of location!!

This was such a clean hotel with kitchenettes in the rooms. The free breakfast was AMAZING and probably one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Clean room, courteous staff and excellent breakfast

The blinds didn’t block the light out too well and the walls were thin.

The room was clean, but I was misinformed because I was told my room can accommodate 5 people with a pullout bed. My room didn't have that. And my room air-conditioned was not working and it was making a loud noise until it got fixed a day later. Overall is clean

Overall the stay was excellent. This is my 2nd time staying at this property. Love it!

Desperately needs updating - especially in the bathrooms where the grout is literally black in most places, and you practically sit on top of the toilet paper holder (actually measured less than one full inch from the toilet seat)! Great spacious rooms, but terrible use of space. They haven’t had any updates in a long time and it shows!

The room was old and corners and edges were dirty.

Whine they offer many items to borrow to use with the full kitchen, the bed was uber uncomfortable, the comforter was very stiff and noisy, the garbage disposal didn't work, the tv didn't work but they got a new cord. Outdated. Fine if your standards are very low and ergonomic.

Clean

Bathroom needed work. The diverter wasn’t working properly. The shower head didn’t get the full water because half of it still came out of the tub spout. There were big cracks around the door to the room so we could here to much hallway noise.

Great place to stay. Comfortable and nice staff.

the room was in good condition. but on Sunday when i stayed something must have been spilt the smell of bleach was so strong it burned my nose and throat. and each morning after i woke up with a very sore throat.

The suites make it so convenient for larger families to stay in one place.
