The ladies at the front desk especially the one on the morning shift was very abrupt and customer service is not her strong skill set. They only had 2 full size bath towels and were completely out of conditioner and shower gel. I specifically asked for a quiet room and there was VERY noisy construction in the morning. The hotel smells of marijuana and it is supposed to be smoke free. Very disappointed all around. 😢

It’s is extremely affordable, the bed were clean and comfortable. The outside and pool could use a little bit of tlc but it’s nothing extreme. They could have cleaned the bathroom a little better. I found hair in the sink and shower but it wasn’t dirty. The only other thing was having to go back down to the front desk to ask for a fridge that should have already been in the room but they brought one up pretty quickly and it got cold fast. The a/c works great. Already have another stay there booked this week coming!

The room was not as advertised/photographed. The bathroom lock was broken. Door was chipped in places. Floor was sticky.
