N/A On arrival they tried to give me a 2 bed room,I booked a 1 bed,get to the room had trouble with the door unlocking, reported it was told maintenance had left,said it would be fixed the next day didn’t happen called and reported it same result

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was definitely dated but generally clean. Having on site laundry facilities was great for a long term stay. The location was close to everything we needed and we felt safe in the hotel and surrounding area

Convenience of location to freeway. Good value for money The neighborhood was a little sketchy. I worried about my car in the parking lot a bit.

The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and marijuana; if you want to stay here, you should be your last resort.

It was dirty and linens and towels were stained, had roaches and the continental breakfast was three yogurts and a loaf

Check in staff was very friendly and professional. Room small, not very clean, toilet way to close to sink that I hit my head, continental breakfast was terrible only sugary cereal, toast & juice. Check in staff was very friendly and professional yet check out staff was unfriendly. Not a good experience!

The breakfast is budget. Don’t expect anything amazing. It did the job and that’s all we needed it to do. However, the location actually isn’t that great if you don’t have a car!
