The Delaney Hotel

Hotel is very clean and the attached restaurant is very good.

Rooms were very spacious and very nicely decorated. The beds were cozy with plenty of pillows. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Property was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. If parking, come into the garage from Fernwood St. Otherwise you'll go around a couple of blocks as there is no drop off or street parking on Orange Ave. The hotel is a wonderful boutique place with an excellent location to Orlando Regional Medical Center and South Downtown. Easy access to I-4. Drinks and refreshments are located at the front desk.

the staff was very accommodating and friendly. the manger was very attentive and professional. The property is small, not overwhelming.

Everything thing Nothing I didn't like

One of the worst locations to stay in. Being next to the medical center is far from ideal; the loud helicopters and constant noise make it impossible to rest inside the rooms. The gentleman who checked me in was less than friendly, and the rooms offer zero amenities for the price you pay. I thought the location might make up for the hotel not having a pool or jacuzzi, but it didn’t. Honestly, the only good thing about this hotel is that it’s clean and they give you a bottle of water. That’s about it.

Amazing place to stay!!! The Delaney Tavern is delicious, and the hotel is super close to downtown! I would definitely stay again! The price point was amazing for how great the hotel was!

Great room, comfortable, great for relax

We requested a room in a quiet area of the hotel and appreciated that this was provided upon check-in. I only wish we were able to try the restaurant for breakfast, we overheard one of the servers mention that there was a blockage/backup in the kitchen that smelled bad. I’m not sure what the issue there was, but we decided to err on the side of caution and just pickup breakfast elsewhere after checking out. Overall I would absolutely stay here again.

It was only a one night stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I didn’t get a chance to use all that the hotel offered. I would definitely stay there again.
