Great central spot if you’re planning to visit Orlando downtown or Mills 50 area. Clean rooms and helpful staff at a great price. Easy parking situation as well.

Very clean property, rooms and bathroom nice and spacious. Room service food was very good as well. I had the sliders with fries and my friend had a flat bread pizza.

Beautifully updated property. Great south downtown location away from the main tourists haunts. I would have loved to given an all five-star review, but there were minor and major deficiencies. I will start with the minor issues: hair present in the room and bathroom and minor mold present in bathroom. The king suite was extremely spacious and modernly adorned. A true five-star room. The major: both emergency exit stairwells were partially blocked with furniture, supplies, and junk at the ground floor level. This is not just a guest safety issue, but also a major fire code violation. This is the reason behind the 3-star rating. Pro tip: book with Expedia and you can save on the parking fee.

Don’t stay in room 19, which is next to the gym, we were woken up very early in the morning by people working out and power washing that was being done very early on a Saturday morning. Front desk moved us for the next night stay.

Our A/C went out and they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. Definitely recommend!

The Delaney is always my go to. I love 10/10 everytime. It’s also very quiet and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If there was anything I needed, staff would bring it to my room within 5 minutes. No complaints. No concerns/complaints.

I did not like the tv situation where you have to sign into an app (Netflix, HBO, AppleTV etc) to watch tv. I just wanted to watch CNN or World Cup but don't know any passwords. So I have to msg my girlfriend in Chicago to get passwords so that I can watch network tv in my hotel room in Florida? I would not stay here again for that reason alone though I recognize it may not be an issue for others. Otherwise it was a fine hotel
