The location to the Kia Center was perfect. It was accessible to walk to for a concert. We always stay here when we go to a concert. Great location.

The room was very nice, modem and clean. I love the 12pm checkout time. So convenient to Kia Center. My only suggestion is that there is bedding for the pull out couch in the room. I tried calling the front desk several times to get some and finally had to go down and ask. Elevators could also take awhile,

The first and biggest issue was the pillows. Every night I woke up with severe neck pain because they were so uncomfortable. As someone who travels frequently for business, I’ve honestly had more comfortable pillows at Holiday Inn properties while paying nearly half the price. I was also disappointed that the rooms did not include a microwave, the property did not have a swimming pool, and there were no guest laundry facilities. Since I was staying for more than a week, I expected a hotel at this price point to offer on-site laundry. Instead, I had to hand-wash my clothes and hang them to dry in my room. Another concern was the Sky Bar. I paid $21 for a drink that was mostly ice. I brought my concern to the manager’s attention, but nothing was done to address the issue. Additionally, none of the ice machines on the guest floors were working during my stay. Every time I needed ice, I had to take my ice bucket to the front desk on the 18th floor, which became very inconvenient. The one area where the AC Hotel truly exceeded my expectations was housekeeping. Your housekeeping staff was outstanding. They were professional, attentive, and trustworthy. In previous travels, I have unfortunately experienced personal belongings being taken by housekeeping staff.

We loved the Sky Bar particularly. We enjoyed chilling out. Staff were polite and courteous. Valet service was fast. The breakfast was delicious. We look forward to staying again soon.
