Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

Area unsecure, too many homeless around and I have 5 kids with me and my wife, they were scared of the arounds

We enjoyed our stay. The suite was comfortable and spacious. However, the carpet had definitely seen better days.

I paid way more than needed

I reserved a king suite but when I checked in I was told that Expedia reserved a double, even after I showed them my reservation was for a king. They blamed Expedia. I don’t know who made the error, but it wasn’t me.

Great location, right in the middle of downtown. Dollar general right next door. Loved the evening drink service and custom omelet station.

I would have gave a better rating but sheets had stains on them and the towel had stains on it I took pictures and I had to go tell front desk showed the pics she said oh no and I ended up changing the bed myself with another set of sheets front desk gave me and the sitting area in my room part smelled like pee that’s my first experience but the food was great the lobby was great the front desk lady I dealt with was wonderful other than me changing my own sheets for cleanliness and after my first day experience they made sure to keep the room part clean and change towels the rest of my stay

To complement your cocktails in the evening and it's breakfast is the best.

Everything was excelente. The bed was too soft for me but that is a very personal preference. Thanks to the staff. Breakfasr was delicious.

Over a great stay the staff was great in all areas

We checked into our room with no problems. The first room we checked into smelled heavily like mold. We asked to move rooms, when we pulled out the pull out couch there was a pee stain on the mattress. We asked to be moved again, there was an even bigger pee stain on the sheets and mattress. The fourth room had no pee stains yet was extremely hot, by this time we were done moving around and stayed.

good breakfast spread. staff were generous to allow us to have late checkout since we had meetings in the couches near dining area and our flight was not till late afternoon.

I was not Pleased with the room. Paying close to $300.00 a night for outdated furnishings in the room. The toilet bowl was not clean when i arrived in the room, The chairs at the dining table sank in the center when you sat in them. The telephone was filthy I had to clean them with clorox wipes. In addition to that the phone in the living area cord detached from the base when you try to use it. The chair at the table in the bedroom you sank down in it also and it had dust on the legs which appeared to have not been cleaned a while. The carpet is frayed and stringy between the doorway of the bedroom and the living area

Excellent staff, great breakfast too. Happy hour with comp beverages is very nice too. Loved the pool, great location for the price

Be returning back

Was that they greeted you at all times and when I needed extra towels, there was no hesitation, they were there before I got back and there was a blessing just to be there

The microwave in the suite did not work. The telephone in the master suite did not function properly and when you arrive to the property, there was a light smelly odor throughout the hotel.
