Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

It was a really nice place. Very clean and the rooms were pretty spacious.

Staff was friendly, but they need to clean the rug because is smell mildew.

We really enjoyed the lobby area very clean. however the cleaning staff could do a better job, rooms are dirty, pool area had no towels, when the room was "cleaned" we had no clean towels. when my kids were in the pool, there was ppl getting high not happy about that.

We enjoyed Lake Eola near by. We also enjoyed each room is a suite and is very clean and spacious. They also have 5p to 730pm Happy hour and you are provided tickets to get a beverage or an adult beverage with snacks and socialize with others. Definitely our hidden gem when visiting Orlando. For those visiting Disney or Universal; the hotel is about 20 minutes away. I think this is a nice place for a couple to unwind and get R&R.

Staff was very helpful my room nice and clean, parking right across the street and breakfast was free for my stay.

Excellent stay! The staff went above and beyond!

The air conditioner did not work very well. The room was constantly humid and the areas outside of the room were also uncomfortable and humid. The breakfast was all cold even though they had warmers. It was almost like they forgot to turn the warmers on and served the prior day's food. Definitely would not recommend this hotel - it's a real let down for such a reputable chain.

great location, check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. parking was easy and right across the street.

Rug in room was pretty beat up and frayed in some spots. For the price not acceptable

Good location, big room, comfortable Room smelled like feet even after we sprayed febreeze

The room had an almost musty smell. Besides that, the property was nice!
