Everything was excelente. The bed was too soft for me but that is a very personal preference. Thanks to the staff. Breakfasr was delicious.

Over a great stay the staff was great in all areas

We checked into our room with no problems. The first room we checked into smelled heavily like mold. We asked to move rooms, when we pulled out the pull out couch there was a pee stain on the mattress. We asked to be moved again, there was an even bigger pee stain on the sheets and mattress. The fourth room had no pee stains yet was extremely hot, by this time we were done moving around and stayed.

good breakfast spread. staff were generous to allow us to have late checkout since we had meetings in the couches near dining area and our flight was not till late afternoon.

I was not Pleased with the room. Paying close to $300.00 a night for outdated furnishings in the room. The toilet bowl was not clean when i arrived in the room, The chairs at the dining table sank in the center when you sat in them. The telephone was filthy I had to clean them with clorox wipes. In addition to that the phone in the living area cord detached from the base when you try to use it. The chair at the table in the bedroom you sank down in it also and it had dust on the legs which appeared to have not been cleaned a while. The carpet is frayed and stringy between the doorway of the bedroom and the living area

Was that they greeted you at all times and when I needed extra towels, there was no hesitation, they were there before I got back and there was a blessing just to be there

The microwave in the suite did not work. The telephone in the master suite did not function properly and when you arrive to the property, there was a light smelly odor throughout the hotel.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk wasn’t nice or rude. She didn’t smile or look polite so that gave me a bad impression immediately. Nevertheless, we got room 601 and the room had a horrid stench and we immediately turned out because there’s no way we could sleep in a room that smelled like mildew. The lady at the front counter was accommodating and actually cracked a smile and started laughing at the fact the room smelled bad. I called her out on how she looked rude on the first impression but actually smiled when I had an issue with the room. She switched me to room 517 and it was the same smell but lesser. The room had leftover pizza with either mold or freezer burn on the pizza. There were chip crumbs on the floor and the couches. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I took pictures of it. I never had an experience like this at a hotel and honestly the stay was bad. They did give my parking for free because of this but I’d rather have not stayed at all. Other than that, I had no clue I had to pay for parking, the hotel is more like an indoor motel, and you can only get a free drink 3 hours after check in which is 4PM so if you arrive later than 7PM you’re not getting a free drink if you check out the next day. Pretty inconvenient there. The bed was comfortable but the room stank.

Located very close to the heart of downtown. Walking distance to night clubs and lounges. Happy Hour drinks were good at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and nice.

Staff was great at the front desk and the bar and restaurant area. When I am doing things downtown I usually stay there. I do think it’s pricey for the area. It is clean and we did check out the pool this time. There is no bar for the pool and I pay a LOT less when I stay at other hotels that have a bar in the pool area. Main advantage is that it is downtown near many concert venues.

It was a really nice place. Very clean and the rooms were pretty spacious.

Staff was friendly, but they need to clean the rug because is smell mildew.
-
Smells funny , air not working properly and rooms not being cleaned properly
-
I was missing toilet paper but was given some later
-
The 2-hr complimentary drinks at the bar and free breakfast were great!

We enjoyed Lake Eola near by. We also enjoyed each room is a suite and is very clean and spacious. They also have 5p to 730pm Happy hour and you are provided tickets to get a beverage or an adult beverage with snacks and socialize with others. Definitely our hidden gem when visiting Orlando. For those visiting Disney or Universal; the hotel is about 20 minutes away. I think this is a nice place for a couple to unwind and get R&R.
