no free parking for guests you have to find your own parking on street or pay $45 valet parking, seems like a scam. what kind of hotel has no public parking for there guests

The room was great, the lobby is beautiful, everything was very clean. Would have rated it higher but the parking listed is very misleading. It says self-parking is available and there is a lot next to the hotel that says it’s $10 daily. We paid at 4pm and checked in, nothing was asked about where we parked or if we valeted when we checked in. Our car was towed overnight bc the $10 daily fee is really only a 12hr rate and when I asked the front desk they said that lot is awful and they tow guests all the time so they weren’t surprised. Why was nothing asked when we checked in if this is a known issue that happens often? When I asked where their “self-parking” was located since it isn’t the public lot next to them, they said you have to park on the street for free from 6pm-8am and then pay the city, so it’s not really self-park. So we got to spend our morning Ubering 15 miles away where we spent an hour in the heat waiting for someone to show up so we could pay $135 to get our car. Would not go back to this hotel again unless we flew into the city and Ubered here, I would go somewhere with a better parking situation.

Do not book this hotel. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I walked into my room and it only had a king. I went down to the front and they told me since I books via Third party they bumped me from the room and now it’s sold out…. I paid extra for the 2 queens since I was traveling with a friend. We both have kids and wanted our own space. The front desk was less than helpfully. Angela was her name I believe and was so rude. Never again. Ice machine didn’t work. Tv stopped working. No room service for 2 night stay. Expensive parking.

Overall, it was a really good stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. Their computer systems are a bit slow. The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip there for a soccer game.

The toilet seat in room 729 was broken and I had difficulty getting the WiFi connection.

This was our second time here . We love the location . Staff is super friendly Tanaya from front desk was very helpful and kind 😊
