The staff was very friendly and the room and property was clean and inviting.

Everything was excellent but if you book a room with a fold out sofa ,we didn’t realize it until we went to pull the bed out there was no sheets or blanket unfortunately it was after 2am .We didn’t contact the front desk but it did create a scramble.

The description said Bfast but it's not included. Description also says self parking but that is also an adsitibal $25/night. Too many sickle and diming for such a big establishment

The check in lady was rude. I was lied to about the room availability to switch rooms. The room didn’t have enough towels to accommodate the guests. They didn’t have dressings for the pull out sofa we had to use.

Decent property. One of the cleaner hotels we've stayed in. I would not recommend using the sofa bed as a suitable sleeping option; between the bedding, the stains on the mattress and overall quality of it definitely not recommended.

Everything except the shuttle bus drivers this year. The drivers are contracted through a transportation company, so we've asked the Courtyard manager to relay our dissatisfaction with the drivers this year The shuttle drivers
