Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown

Exceptional

I stayed overnight for a concert at the Kia Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and welcoming. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The room was spacious, spotless and so comfortable. Also, a terrific amenity that the hotel offers is a shuttle that took us from our hotel and back again after the concert. Extending their pick up hours for concerts at the Kia Center is an amazing bonus. I will definitely be back again! I would like to give a special shout out to our driver- Leeford from Jamaica. He was an absolute gem of a man who provided such amazing service. Also, a shoutout to Maria, Debra, Rose, Katie, Veron, Keyla, Cheryl S., and Raugel all of whom contributed to my stay and made it amazing and memorable.

Everything was great especially the shuttle. Very convenient.

The staff was great! They explained everything. The location wasn't too far from the highway to get to different attractions. The room was clean and the hotel grounds were clean also.

The staff was very helpful once there was an issue that arise

Everything was great! Very clean room, great gym equipment, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Fresh, looks recently renovated. Bed was comfortable, large bathroom, hotel was very clean. Road noise from our room was pretty bad. Apparently the road turns into a drag strip after 10pm, multiple cars/bikes decided the intersection was great for peel outs and/or nonstop revving of their engines.

.

The hotel was spectacular, friendly staff, clean room. We did have issues with the shuttle bus but that was to no fault of the hotel at all

Very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place. Very convenient location
