the front door. The view outside my patio window was this huge lake. Also the linens and towels were crisp white. Meticulous cleaning of the rooms. Super comfy. I’ll be back!!!!!

Bad . At the midnight I’ve approached to a front desk to request a wake-up call in the early morning and the guy who was on a night shift - said it is alright. I asked if he knows my room number , or he can tell by my face . His response was rude - “ok give me your room number” , like i was forcing him to do his job. In the end there was no any wake-up call done and I almost missed my flight . I think this is disgusting attitude and poor performance from the receptionist.

The only reason im not giving exelente and I had a bad experience with my bed I woke up the very next day with to bug bites on my feet and leg and the last day 1 on my back but I didn't realize I have 3 bites on my back and 2 on my torso. I called the hotel to let them know about the bed bugs but all I got is thank you for letting us know . Everything was pleasant but who want to go home with bug bites now freaking out cleaning all my clothes even the clean one and my blankets that I take on my trips. I will recommend to check the bed before.

Staff was very helpful and polite, rooms need a bit upgrade, the AC was right next to the bed and was making a lot of noise.
