El personal que nos atendió muy atento

The only "need improvement" is the quality of the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were very runny, undercooked and unappealing. The muffins were flavorless and tasted like they had come from a package at a gas station. I would recommend eating breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle to bring us to the Kia Center which was awesome. I thought the prices for drinks in the bar was a little expensive.

It was a very pleasant stay. I wish we'd had more time but we arrived later than expected. Kyle at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Dominic was an excellent shuttle driver; both were friendly, likeable and professional. Looking forward to our next visit.
