Room was clean and nice, requested for extra linen and towels they were delivered fast. House keeping came in and tidy up upon request. Valet was very convenient during my stay as well as the shuttle.

the front door. The view outside my patio window was this huge lake. Also the linens and towels were crisp white. Meticulous cleaning of the rooms. Super comfy. I’ll be back!!!!!

Clean room

Bad . At the midnight I’ve approached to a front desk to request a wake-up call in the early morning and the guy who was on a night shift - said it is alright. I asked if he knows my room number , or he can tell by my face . His response was rude - “ok give me your room number” , like i was forcing him to do his job. In the end there was no any wake-up call done and I almost missed my flight . I think this is disgusting attitude and poor performance from the receptionist.
