Great service

The bad: the ironing board was so disgusting that it ruined the new blouse. I bought specifically for the business meeting on this trip. The carpet is tearing up, there’s a piece of a metal plug broke off in an outlet, the air-conditioning vent is way too small and does not cool the room well unless cranked down. I would definitely stay here again, though, because of that dang shower.

Not what we expected but it did what we needed for a couple of days. Great location on the center of everything.

Everything was great

I expected more from this property. They staff wasn't friendly, the elevators sounded and felt like they were gna break anytime, the bed was made incomplete with no fitted sheet, and there was hair in the tub.

Nice staff, easy check in and out. Clean, quiet. The only inconvenience is that you have to pay for parking and breakfast is not included, for the nightly rate, that’s a bit unfortunate. Otherwise, a good stay.

The parking elevator is a outdated and the parking garage is a little dark

The place was very clean, a bit dated but well maintained. The staff was great. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and that was inconvenient - also the elevator is very old, loud and slow. But the location is great and the price is affordable, so if you need a clean place to crash, the good service made up for the older facility.

Absolutely Loved My Stay!

They have a shuttle to take us to the Kia Center so most likely to other areas. Room good, clean, beds comfy. Staff very pleasant, did not use any amenities

There were several roaches in the room and crawling on us in bed. It was very musty and mildew smelling. The room was muggy.

Dinner was excellent
