The staff especially Madison. She was very helpful and enjoying to talk to. She help me find good places to eat. The breakfast was okay Bathroom wasn’t clean, the shower especially was dirty, the AC wasn’t working correctly, no HDMI cable, toilet made a long flushing and sucking sounds, walls isn’t thick can hear people around me. Room 242 microwave wasn’t working. Had to move room to 505 but AC wasn’t working, toilet was too long and loud, and walls were thin. Can hear people talking and stuff.

Everything was fabulous. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. The ladies in the bar were fabulous as were their drinks! lol

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was a fun surprise. The hot breakfast was delicious as well.

The property itself was awesome! I loved the staff and they were super friendly with helping me! Breakfast was not included.

Staff not friendly, room only cleaned once in a week after asking twice , restaurant very limited food, no hot water available at breakfast for tea. Asked if they could boil water they said no.

Had a good experience however when requesting a crib I was provided a pack n play that was damaged and could not be replaced because there was no more. It also did not have a mattress so my baby did not have the most comfortable time but everything else was fine.
