Sunday morning breakfast was not good they ran out of bacon, coffee, orange juice and the counter was dirty, one attendant was not enough she was overwhelmed. Please give her some help on the weekend, thanks

the staff were amazing they were so helpful and kind the hotel is so clean and so amazing they had everything you need and they keep the room so clean for you. The breakfast was amazing and the chefs are so helpful and still try to get you food even if you miss breakfast they are an amazing team and they are all so kind. 10/10 recommend I would go there again.

- The stay was okay at best, but I would not come back. The air conditioning was very loud, the room was dark, and there was a slightly damp smell. Breakfast was also disappointing: while I was still eating, staff started clearing everything away without saying anything or giving any warning. The front desk staff were not very helpful either. Overall, it was acceptable for one night, but not a place I would stay again.

Nice stay.

Room was very clean & the staff was helpful. Restaurant got our order wrong but the food was good. Very convenient location, just lots of street noise. And it’s an old hotel, so you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms & hallway.

It was a nice hotel with good location & breakfast. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Room is very spacious with good kitchen amenities. However when we were there the elevator to 2nd room is not working & parking overnite is very pricey with is $42

First, the valet fee is steep. Paying $48 per day for valet is hard to justify. When we arrived, my husband and I stood by our vehicle waiting for assistance while two valet attendants stood nearby. No one approached us or offered a luggage cart until my husband walked over and asked if they were the valet attendants. Their response was, “Yes, how can we help?” A good start would have been proactively assisting arriving guests, especially considering the daily fee being charged. That said, once we got through check-in, the valet service itself was efficient and we never had any issues getting our vehicle. The hotel has several strong points. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and enjoyable. The gym was clean and well-equipped with plenty of machines. The views were beautiful, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. One other issue was the room setup. Our reservation was for two guests, yet the room only had three towels and three pillows. It wasn’t a major problem, but it felt like an odd oversight and gave the impression that room preparation could be improved. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. However, the valet fee is excessive and would make me think twice before booking again. $42 a day for valet is outrageous.

Parking is more than they say online, and can only valley. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice with full kitchens.
-
Nice view only downside is the street but the black out curtains were wonderful
-
Very friendly and helpful staff, great room with everything you need (kitchenette is very well equipped)
-
Picked this location to be close to downtown and venues. Hotel was in the middle of renovations so be prepared.
-
Everything is great All was excellent
-
Everything we needed
-
Great overall great. Loud traffic noise if facing the street but not enough to bother sleep.

What upset me most was the complete absence of customer care or compassion. Life emergencies happen, and I expected at least some consideration given the circumstances. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be using Expedia again and will not purchase through Expedia in the future. Customer service and empathy matter, and in this case, both were lacking.
