Great staff with check-in. Very clean rooms

The lady in reception was very helpful. I didn’t take her name but I would like to tell her many thanks for all the help that she provides us. The check in was very smooth with her. Thanks again

Como la mayoría de home2suites estaba en buenas condiciones PERO nuestra habitación no estaba insonorizada y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, y por otra parte, el hotel no tiene parking y solo brinda opción de valet que es costoso.

Very poor

A really good hotel at a reasonable price. Good, well kept room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. AC worked really well, which helps in Florida! Staff was great. Only weaknesses, and this is being very nitpicky, is the breakfast is very limited and the bathrooms could, perhaps, use a bit of an upgrade (more trying to find something that wasn't really good).

$45 a night to park is absurd in downtown Orlando. That’s as much as New York City! There are public parking ramps close by which are much more reasonable and street parking around the hotel is free during the night. Our cars were safe on the road with no issues.

Great location downtown close to nightlife to walk but far enough away from the crowds. The roof top pool offered an amazing view of Orlando's skyline. A true gem.

I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with enough options to start the day. My only complaint is the parking. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot. Valet parking costs $41 per day, while the lot next door is $20 per day, so it’s an extra expense to keep in mind. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

My room was pretty clean minus a few stray hairs. The hotel overall was really nice and the amenities were great.

The hotel and breakfast are okay for the price. However, beware: there is NO on-site parking. While they claim valet parking is available and optional, it is mandatory. Prepare to pay an extra $50 per day with no other options, and expect to be pressured for tips every time they bring your car.

Aside from the fact they over booked the room I had originally requested they were very helpful in accommodating us.

The hotel is located in a great location. Close to the venue we were attending. Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. However, they do not offer self parking, valet parking only. The ice machine was not working on our floor or the floor with the pool. You could hear the cars on the street. Maybe because this was a downtown location. Lastly, free breakfast is not what it used to be. We ate elsewhere. Oh, and the room did not have a safe. A first for me.
