Smell in room smelled a little like mildew possibly Also those windows on outside building need to be cleaned we were on 7th floor those windows are dirty ! Other then that it was a great stay ! Also I should of had a microwave in my room as well !

Absolutely amazing staff, and assistance on getting everything needed to take care of us! Only single issue was AC lol because it said 66 but it was not 66. It was close to 76 maybe, BUT very well could be my fault for not knowing how to work it. ! Truly was an excellent stay!

Very convenient to venue I attended for concert (Kia Center) Check in process very smooth. There was nothing I did not like.

Everything was great, especially the location. We'll plan to come back, when we come to Inter.co Stadium again for a fútbol game. Great staff. Great room with great view. Clean. Amazing!

Easy to park next door in paid city lot. Property felt safe and I like that it was smoke free. The hotel allowed us to check in several hours early.

The hotel was fine until we decided to order door dash around 11:30pm. I asked for no contact delivery, all of a sudden the dasher is ON MY FLOOR and hand delivered to my daughters who were on their way downstairs to pick up the order from the delivery station. THIS IS A HUGE SECURITY RISK!!! One of the staff GAVE THEM OUR ROOM NUMBER TO DELIVER. I travel alone with my daughters and this is terribly frightening. The staff gave me a credit toward my restaurant bill, and stated they would have a talk with their staff. THIS IS NOT OK. How on earth do you trust the hotel you are staying at if they are giving complete strangers your room number. Something needs to be done about this, I need to be contacted IMMEDIATELY.

The staff marvelous! Everything was wonderful except no free breakfast or coffee unless you were part of the club. I was very disappointed that I had to ask the restaurant for a cup of coffee or buy a cup from Dunkin…I didn’t know get any meal with out a cost. At the price I paid… I thought I would at least get free access to coffee and breakfast. I was extremely disappointed in that. I didn’t need parking.
