I enjoyed my stay and would return. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean with only minor need of updating. The pool area could have been maintained better. However, customer service was excellent.

The lobby and rooms were very clean and updated. The exterior had sagging roofs and water damage. Needs a makeover outside. Great price. I will recommend and stay here from now on.

While the check in process and staff were great, they can do a little better with their bathrooms. The first room, we didn't have any hot water. But they accommodated us fairly quickly. Also, I called the front desk numerous amount of times, and they never answered. But all in all, wasn’t a bad stay for a day trip.

However, in spite of all of these, the hotel staff including the valet, had great customer service. Though we didn’t get anything/nor was there any offer from the several hours delay with getting in our rooms, the bar and restaurant food and drinks made up for it, they were good.

We arrived at 5:15pm and rooms were not available until 90 min later (and only available 90 minutes later because I complained at that time). Such a large delay in being able to get assigned a room made us late for the event that we came to town for/ were staying at the hotel for.
