Aloft by Marriott Orlando Downtown

Proximity to Kia Arena and staff was friendly

Exceptional

Clean room along w helpful staff. Its always a great stay

It had a very comfortable lobby area. The bar had a good choice of food and it was good and reasonably priced.

Good clean room staff amazing

The pool was not an option because we had no idea it was on a main road and also completely open to view from the front entrance. No thank you. It was, however, a lovely room and super clean. The staff was not very helpful when we had questions or when the awful shower contraption in our room caused the floor to flood and we asked for towels. Nope, come get them yourself. And last, but most annoying is the slowest elevator I have ever waited for. Why? No one knows. It's fast when you're on it but we waited 8-10 minutes for it to arrive every time, even if no one else was around. If you don't have a car and don't want a pool, it's a good choice.

Clean room easy check in

♥️

Amazing hotel, goods rooms and excellent service

Nice room very spacious

Staff was very understanding and provided exceptional character service. Kadeem helped us majority of the time along with the front desk staff. We had an issue with the HDMI connect but that was fixed in short time frame. Room was well maintained as well.

Location and staff were great!! No complaints!

Hotel was in a great location! We actually got upgraded when we got there, because I was not a big fan of being on a lower floor so the hotel receptionist got us an upgraded room in the highest floor with so much space. Room was quiet and very clean. We were so happy to find out it was also a animal friendly hotel, and it was so nice to see so many dogs, including the one puppy that was up for adoption in the hotel lobby! Definitely a warm and welcome stay, would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Orlando! Great location, within walking distance to some great restaurants too!

The hotel location was great The dog in the lobby bit my sister

Great property! Matt, our bar tender was very helpful with suggestions on things to do! Would definitely stay here again!
