TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Downtown

Had a wonderful overnight stay. When I booked it asked if we were celebrating anything and I included that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and going to a concert nearby. The staff prepared a goody bag of snacks they thought she would like as a surprise. It was sweet and my daughter loved it! Definitely a nice touch and sets them apart from competitors. Will stay again for our next concert.

The room was very clean, staff was nice , so many nice areas in the lobby to relax. I only stayed for one night, I wish I stayed longer to enjoy the amenities.

I was charged by the hotel for the night even though I had done the payment through Expedia. Then called them they apologies; said they would refund. After two days I called again and they denied that they charged me twice for the stay…. So I had to call my Credit card company to dispute the charge.

Absolutely amazing experience! Staff receptionist member Desiree went above and beyond for my visit! Checking in to the property, SEAMLESS! Property was beautiful, clean and accommodating. Highly recommend this property if ever staying in Orlando!

Our daughter attends UCF. When we visit we prefer this location and the downtown area.

200 bucks a night was a little steep

I like that they had barbecues at the pool so I was able to have fresh food cooked for my family I have an affordable price without having to find parking or go anywhere. 200 bucks a night was a little steep

I had an excellent stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Downtown! I stayed in one of the suites, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The suite was well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and kitchenware, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. I also appreciated the separate living room area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom—it was the perfect layout for both relaxing and getting work done. Another feature I loved was being able to adjust the room temperature to my preference, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Orlando, whether for business or leisure.

I do not usually leave reviews after the first visit but this place was great! This was the first hotel I've visited in a long time where I didn't have to pre-clean the bathroom to remove hair that should've already been removed. My room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, (no build-up of mildew around the tub or sink), the kitchen area was clean. The room was spacious, and I couldn't hear the other guests. The staff was pleasant and friendly and answered all questions I had. The pool was nice and was able to be used. Now, breakfast could've been a little bit more than what it was on the weekend but outside of that, everything was great!
