I like that they had barbecues at the pool so I was able to have fresh food cooked for my family I have an affordable price without having to find parking or go anywhere. 200 bucks a night was a little steep

I had an excellent stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Downtown! I stayed in one of the suites, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The suite was well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and kitchenware, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. I also appreciated the separate living room area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom—it was the perfect layout for both relaxing and getting work done. Another feature I loved was being able to adjust the room temperature to my preference, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Orlando, whether for business or leisure.

I do not usually leave reviews after the first visit but this place was great! This was the first hotel I've visited in a long time where I didn't have to pre-clean the bathroom to remove hair that should've already been removed. My room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, (no build-up of mildew around the tub or sink), the kitchen area was clean. The room was spacious, and I couldn't hear the other guests. The staff was pleasant and friendly and answered all questions I had. The pool was nice and was able to be used. Now, breakfast could've been a little bit more than what it was on the weekend but outside of that, everything was great!

The floors and tables in breakfast area were sticky. Shower was out of body wash. No dish soap and ran out of tissues.

*An added bonus was that they offer a very nice smoking area, just outside the entry. Often times smokers aren't even considered or their treated like sewer rats in spite of being paying guests so the consideration was a pleasant surprise. The only thing that would have made it nicer is if it were protected from rain.

clean hotel and friendly staff! We enjoyed our stay

This property was designed for extended stays, and the unit has a small but complete kitchen. The kitchen has the very basics, but you can call down for additional kitchenware/appliances. I did have problems with the kitchen sink draining, which caused it to smell bad. Although I reported it, they could not fix it. That was one of the very few negatives. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. in general, this was a great stay.

Very good
-
A good place to stay, overpriced, especially the extra $20 per day for parking. Get rid of it asap.

The hotel looked as good as the money spent to stay here, which was a pretty penny. They had a dozen or so options for breakfast each day. They also had snacks and healthy meals in the lobby so I didn't need to leave or order fast food. It was a nice, clean and calm environment that I could've saved money booking months earlier.

The staff was grreat and the hotel is very well kept and it looks more beautiful than in photos. However my only complaint was the breakfast, it can honestly be so much better. I've been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast.
