Room was excellent, staff was accommodating. Only minor issue was they kept running out of food at breakfast. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel.

New, convenient, very clean and modern. The pool supplies towels. The breakfast was good. Lots of shopping like TJ Max , Target, nearby. Wawa convenience store next door if you need things. Parking was included. So many hotels these days charge to park, to eat breakfast, or both.

I liked everything about the property and I will book again. Breakfast was great, my room was nice and comfortable clean and cozy.

It was supposed to be a suite, but it actually is just a larger room with fridge and microwave...

I didn’t like the false advertisement it’s called the “New Fairfield inn “ yet the walls were peeling off like it had been flooded i have pics and would like a discount or some type of accommodations i asked the hotel manager she said since i booked with a third party i had to reach out to Expedia ! Also i did not care for the breakfast at all the waffle machines were both broke and not making the waffles and the breakfast b just was no taste ! Please let me know about a discount i was very dissatisfied

The stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were so comfortable.

Room was not vacuumed prior to check in and hotel staff member walked in as I was changing.

Beautiful 2 year old property, very well maintained and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was Good. Parking adequate. Price was great. Close to SeaWorld without getting on I-4. Safe area. Wawa convenience store next door for water or snacks. Millenia Mall close. Restaurants close. Shopping close. If you park next to grass or shrubs you may get a spotted car from shallow well Florida sprinkler water. BUT a car wash is also next door. Haigan Daz ice cream in lobby, drinks, etc. I would stay her again and recommend it to others.
