BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PET: I was also disappointed in booking.com in that I was charged an extra $227 for my pet (which was more than the cost per person (4 of us) after I booked and paid in full. I didn't know that the fee would be charged later and by the property owner outside of booking.com. The booking said "pet fees may apply", but the fees have always been included in the final booking cost. We travel with our dog multiple times a year and have never had this happen. This place charged pet fees separately after I paid in full with booking.com and after it was too late to cancel. I would never have booked this place if I had known that. Booking.com said the owners can charge renters outside of the booking.com site. I will be avoiding booking through it now.

The location was excellent. Could have used more, basic kitchen items for cooking. Also, there were some broken items like a lamp that doesn't work in one room and the laundry room door was off the track.

Great location, great amenities, clean and comfortable. Everything worked. There was a pretty bad ant problem throughout the house, hopefully this will be addressed before the next guest.

It was a beautiful property and was perfect for my family size located close to everything and I liked the private pool I don’t like that they charge to heat the pool I feel like that should have been included in the price but we still enjoyed it as much as we could

Pool was nice. Loved the screened in front door area. Bed was comfy. The handle on the screen door needs fixed. The headboard in the master bedroom could be repaired/replaced.

Excellent property in a great location. Very clean and the pool was excellent. We will definitely be back. Some of the furniture is worn and dated and the sinks in the master bathroom need some attention as they didn’t work that well.

The location. And quiet of it The master bedroom bed was ripped and the furniture was exhausted. Needed a fresh coat of paint

The neighbors were friendly and the home was beautiful!

Very nice having a personal pool, dishwasher, washer and dryer. House was clean when arrived with no notice of bugs anywhere.

It was clean it had everything you need for the perfect stay. The only downside was there was no top sheet on one of the beds.

I loved that it had a pool and was private for the most part. It was quiet and relaxing!! It was absolutely perfect!!!!

Love the location, and pool the house was a great size for 6 people and kids The TVs in the living room and bedroom were missing a remote so they didn't work

Plenty of space and the pool was awesome. It met the needs for a short stay. One of the bed was not kept well. Furniture is a little outdated, uncomfortable in some areas..

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and very close to Disney! We will be back.

The furniture is very worn, and old. Almost every piece was broken the house needs a good update.
