Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG

I loved everything. It was extremely clean, the staff was amazing, the amenities Chuck E. Cheese and the pool. It was enough seating around the pool, the bar area and people were genuinely happy. Inside of the rooms with spacious all the complementary items, such as coffee, tea, bottles of water, shampoo, conditioner, hand, lotion, hand soap, shower, cap, etc. Also, it smelled good.

Our first room had a broken bed that actually flipped and caused my husband to get hurt. Thankfully, the staff moved us to another room, but the problems continued. The outlets in the new room didn't work properly, and although maintenance came, the USB ports still never worked. The biggest issue was the room's cooling unit. We weren't told it wasn't a real refrigerator, and it did not keep our food or my husband's insulin cold it went out. It took 3 days be replaced. During that time, our food spoiled, and because my husband is diabetic, we were extremely worried about his insulin. We also had to spend extra money ordering food from restaurants almost every day because we couldn't safely store groceries. I do appreciate that the hotel removed the resort fee, and I'm thankful for that gesture. However, after everything that happened, it didn't feel like it fully addressed the stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses we experienced. I also want to mention the confusion with the automatic gratuity on takeout orders. I was charged an automatic tip on one order but not on others. When I asked, the manager agreed it didn't seem right but later said it was probably the system. I wasn't upset about tipping—I always appreciate good service—but I think guests should be made aware when an automatic gratuity

Stay here for high quality very friendly service. Super clean. Our family who visited Orlando to stay with us for park visits loved the proximity to the parks and the wonderful friendly service. Value was better than anywhere else around!

Todo estuvo excelente excepto el desayuno que no rellenaban y no pudimos desayunar bien. Pero definitivamente me volvería a hospedar .

The room was too damp; there was noticeable moisture on the bed.

All of the staff members were phenomenal! Everyone was sooo friendly and accommodating! A lot of people including us felt this was like being on a cruise ship where fun never stops! The food at their bar/ restaurant was delicious and the price was reasonable. My hubby and I will definitely stay here again! So everyone who reads this review, go ahead and book! It’s worth your money!

Hotel looks ok. But Iooks like need some updates all round. Like paint. Elevator maintenance. Updates here and there

Only stayed 1 night for a birthday party, we enjoyed our stay there buffet was good and plenty full there was a price but kids ate free , pool was nice , we did request a pack and play for 2 year old , they never brought it. Loved the play area for kids , and Dunkin’ Donuts in hotel.

Room was fine, bed was hard and not very comfy. Breakfast was not good, would not recommend the breakfast. VERY close to disney… and parking was great.

I enjoyed my stay.😊

It’s clean

Only 1 out of 4 elevators worked for 7 floors. Garbage in stairwells and outside garbage overflowing. Room musty and smelled terrible. Beds very uncomfortable. Maintenance slow needed a new safe took 3 hours.
