The building and room was fine. The staff was not. The hotel staff double charged me for my stay. The staff was rude and refused to help when the double charge was brought to their attention. The staff called a manager and spoke in a foreign language so I couldn't understand what he was saying. I asked him to speak english so I could understand him and he refused. The employee was fluent in English. When I was finally allowed to speak to a manager over 24 hours after discovering the double charge, the manager reversed all charges and only charged me for one night instead of the entire stay to make up for the inconvenience and trouble the staff mistake caused me. That was great until he charged me for the rest of the stay after I checked out and flew home. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn after how I was treated at this location and I wouldn't recommend this hotel chain to anyone. The way guests are treated is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The Front Desk Staff was Amazing didn't get her name but I think she was the Manager. She was OUTSTANDING above and beyond . I will be back again and hope she is still there

Na Bad experience. Fridge did not work at all for the entire stay. Staff was NOT very helpful on resolving this issue/almost as if they did not care.

The closest to the parks was literally in the backyard!! Room 10/10 bed comforts Great! HOT WATER after a long day 100/10! I had a wonderful solo trip! Love the upgrade!!!! We stayed there in 2018 when we got married and it’s nothing compared to now! I will definitely stay again! Staff was great as well!

Loved that it has two pools!!! The southside pool nobody was at so that was fun! With shade. The property is huge! Soo much to do! I would have to say my favorite park was the 24 hour play zone for the kids. Hotel is big so you have to walk a lot if you want to go to different spots.

It was a great experience. Check in was smooth. Staff was polite. Room were clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Parking was plenty and free.
