Rosen Shingle Creek

I loved our stay at this hotel. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful golf course and pool and the staff was extremely friendly. The many restaurant choices also was a plus. The valet service and individuals were so professional and friendly that I didn't mind nightly charge.

There was not one thing that was not excellent about Shingle Creek.

Pools were fantastic for solo and family travelers. I was disappointed in the lack of in room amenities- no bottled water, basic cable TV and streaming from your own device did not work.

I like that place , unfortunately housekeeping was horrible and they came to my room replaced the towels and didn’t clean or change the bed sheets or anything .. other than that I have a great time with my family

This may be a great resort for a meeting or event, but not great for a weekend friends trip. Room was dusty. We literally cleaned the room before we unpacked. We didn’t even bother to have the room serviced. Then, there was construction or some other noise at night. Assuming construction as we saw workers. Hallway always had small debris on the floor. How can the housekeepers not notice that? Charging $39/day to park is absurd, especially since the parking lot is a hike from the hotel! Check in was decent. Onsite restaurants, A Land Remembered and Calla Bella were decent. Service in the steakhouse was subpar. Service in the Italian restaurant was very good.

Land Remembered was a relaxed and delicious dinner. golf course was well maintained. eating options were varied and breakfast buffet had options to appeal to most anyone's palate.

The hotel was impressive upon driving up to the front entrance. Rooms neat clean. The shower never got hot. It was warm. Only there 2 nights. Staff very nice and helpful. Fantastic pools specifically they have a lap pool and i do laps everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. My brother is there about every 6 weeks and feels the same. Reasonably priced.

This hotel/resort is beautifully kept. You can tell its been recently remoldeled. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was super helpful and nice. I was able to order from room service at 3am after we got back from Halloween Horror Nights.

This place is more than amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return for a fourth and fifth time.

Our family comes each year to stay here. We love the hotel, the rooms, and everything about it.

My room was really nice and it looks completely new,the hotel really great,they have a buffet and it was good with a lot of different food and the best thing for me was the staff members always trying to see if you need anything and super polites,the only thing I didn't like was they charged me almost 40 dollars for the parking lot for just one night and it was the self parking I don't even wanna know how much they charge for the valet parking
