Mi familia y yo nos quedamos 4 noches. Entiendo que la habitacion necesitaba ser limpiada con mas detalles. El baño tenía manchas oscuras como de hongo. El inodoro no olia bien.

Good location, clean and nice sized rooms. Bedding for the pull out couch was not available in the room, as expected. When we called it took a long time to get the bedding. The staff member seemed annoyed that he had to bring up the bedding.

The beds were comfy, breakfast very good, loved the Dove lotions, shampoo, and hand soap. Watched the end of night fireworks over universal studios from the hotel very nice Nothing

What I liked best about the hotel is how it was always clean and well maintained.

It was very quiet and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast. The electric plugs beside the beds only worked when the foyer lights were on. Weren’t told and our phones and my oxygen concentrator ran down. Other than that everything was great!

We had a wonderful night, very peaceful and quiet location, yet very close (within minutes) from our destination (universal). Personnel was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and balanced.
