Great place to stay

I booked a room after a flight delay. The room was fresh and clean and the staff members were professional and polite. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

This Hampton Inn has a really good complimentary breakfast. Make your own waffles and a nice oatmeal bar! Rooms were good. A few areas where they could do a little better: there was a lot of hair on the shower wall from the previous guest. And the front desk did not have enough information about a common item regarding parking for the nearby Epic Universe park. Would probably return to this hotel in the future.

It was refreshing it smelled clean everything was clean I loved it I'll be back sooner than later hopefully it's just cost for me to have time up for myself sometime but I enjoyed myself There's nothing that I didn't like I recommend everything was perfect

I liked the stay. But when I called their customer service for an early check in, I didn’t get any response so I had to book an extra night to make sure I have a room when I arrive in the morning

Very well located for visiting Universal Epic

This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted, but I don’t want others to experience the frustrations I had at this hotel. The hair dryer didn’t work, and I had to contact the front desk three separate times before maintenance finally replaced it. The pool was filled with debris and was never cleaned during my entire five-day stay. The worst issue was the shower nozzle. Once the shower was turned on, it would slowly move on its own and become extremely hot, requiring me to reposition it every 20–30 seconds to avoid being burned. I stay at Hilton properties often and have never experienced this many issues at one location.
