Managers are awesome. There was a time the AC technician came to service the AC .leaving floor wet other than that I'm happy withy stay Some guest are loud (I can't control that)

The staff are liars except for one of them. I was stuck outside my room for 7 hours before someone would come help me I had to pay for two hotel rooms at first night is checked in because no one was there just didn't come in to work on time

I like the size of the room. It is more than enough for my family and I. We love the kitchen because we can cook meals there and the clean is very easy. There was nothing that we did not like. Only thing I wished we had was a washer and dryer hookup inside the room.

Towels werent available for the first two days. My belongings were moved and gone through by either staff or pest control wvlhich I wasnt made aware of on the second day of my stay. Management and staff were terrible and unapologetic. I checked out on second night and asked for a full refund. I've never had such an experience. There awere people walking around yellingvat each other doors have dents as if people have been inba struggle or pounded on during arguments.
