It was quite and peaceful

I like the size of the room. It is more than enough for my family and I. We love the kitchen because we can cook meals there and the clean is very easy. There was nothing that we did not like. Only thing I wished we had was a washer and dryer hookup inside the room.

Towels werent available for the first two days. My belongings were moved and gone through by either staff or pest control wvlhich I wasnt made aware of on the second day of my stay. Management and staff were terrible and unapologetic. I checked out on second night and asked for a full refund. I've never had such an experience. There awere people walking around yellingvat each other doors have dents as if people have been inba struggle or pounded on during arguments.

They made me very uncomfortable because the people who are at the desk or the housekeeping cleaners they had raised the bed with such magic evil and I couldn't sleep at all. And I could get real sick until the left there, I still don't feel good today and it is very missed me up my body is really b pain today and I still cant walk well enough so I felt paralyzed and dizziness in me. I asked them I don't like people coming In my room when I am not there ,because my safety concerned. So they anyways the housekeeping must go and check for drain and other things. And they could do something to me worst than that.... They made feel me missed up, because of raised the bed with such magic evil works and real and continue to persisting me alot it is giving me alot of pain...

Room conditions awful, full of roaches, no housemaid or cleaning, manager with attitude. This place is a Big NO!!! It is not worth it

The bed was comfortable and the hvac was strong. The location was horrible, the building is falling apart, roaches in the rooms. Rude management that are very disorganized.

Terrible, roach infested, clogged drains, dirty, weed smelling, it was an uncomfortable experience. The office was closed, I've never been to a hotel where there was no one in the office.

Location was ok. Inadequate knowledge of staff about the product and the cost for stay. An attempt was made by the staff to over charge my card.I almost had to callthe cops to ensure that my money was placed back on my card. Room was not clesned or garbage collected, for the entire stay Umquestionable imdividuaks loiterinfg on the outside of the property No one to reliable contact aboiut any issue after 7pm.

DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE! The pictures don't match the rooms, you're paying here for the most expensive room in theory because they're using the pictures of the premium suites but in reality you're getting the old rooms where everything is broken, super dirty, smelly and old. There are tons of reviews talking about the rudeness of the staff but the owners or supervisors of this place won't ever do anything about it because the rude women are still here and treating everyone really bad, not doing their jobs properly, yelling at you and even lying. I don't know how the owners are comfortable keeping those ladies here since they are responsible for the bad reputation of this place, you can see that nobody here cares about the guest experience. Don't bother coming here thinking that the price is good because, as I said, you're not paying for the rooms in the pictures and if you have a problem, nobody will help you, they will be super rude instead. When I checked in, my husband was standing right next to me, he even paid for the room, I just took care of the papers and the manager was too lazy to register him at our room so he didn't get the key. He left him locked out, told him that she won't do anything to help him since he's not registered, even though she's the one not doing her job properly and yelled at him for nothing. When I went to ask for another key to the front desk lady she told me that she won't give the key because my husband is not registered in the room, I explained to her that it's not our fault but theirs because the manager doesn't even want to work properly and she told me that I was the one supposed to ask her to register him even thought he was standing right next to me and using his car to pay for the room. In what world are we supposed to tell people to do their jobs and get yelled at when they don't?

The condition of this hotel is terrible! It looks and smells horrible! It needs renovation! The toilets and tubs is eroding!

The location to the airport Filthy roaches- disgusting

The room was dirty. Towels were very poorly maintained. And in addition the manager is very rude and speaks very badly to customers. And the room has no curtain smhh
