The "Fully fitted kitchen" did not have a kettle, nor any cutlery or plates. Had to purchase own.

The floor was wet and dirty. The room was not good as well.

Roaches the hallway smelled of a rotten fridge no security no front desk help after hours. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here I slept in my car at 18 weeks pregnant. Currently requesting a refund. Never again. I’d rather pitch a tent.

The biggest issue was the extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana throughout the hallways, elevators, and common areas. Even though smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, the smell reaches them and makes the stay very unpleasant. The carpet in the room was very dirty, the stove didn’t work, and the mattress was worn out and sagged in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. On my last night, someone spent a long time walking up and down the hallway, talking very loudly and telling people to come inside. No staff member ever showed up to address the situation. To make matters worse, when I checked out around 8:30 a.m., there was no one at the front desk. I had to leave my key card under the office door. It’s a shame because this hotel has great facilities, but it clearly lacks maintenance, cleanliness, and proper management. I would not stay here again.

The location is very convenient lots of stores around and ease of access to major highways regardless of what direction your heading The deluxe suite with the king bed and pull out couch bed is very spacious and has a L shape layout makes it feel like an apartment and not just a room

Nothing it was horrible The receptionist was horrible, she didnt wanna check anybody in even though they accepted the reservation. Horrible service.

I do not recommend this property for no one to stay

Someone cleaned but I noticed soap paper on floor, hair on the floor so I always throw in the trash bin but never throw on the floor . Took bath mat out not in bathroom. Walked to lobby desk to get bath mat floor

Nothing at all! Terrible ! Absolutely disgusting , I did not like anything ! It was horrible, I left the the next day, I did not stay my remaining days and they did not give me a refund ! Terrible stay away . The rooms were extremely dirty, molds on the ceiling, peeling dirty bath tub, trash under the bed, dirt in lamp post, the whole astomohere felt dusty, had to go to the Walmart 4 minutes away to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room after a long 8hr drive , not safe for your children, the people in the area looked shady, not safe, not clean, stay far far away.

Honestly the worst place we have ever stayed in the United States. It stunk like weed since you check in. Every floor including the elevator floors are dirty. There was no clean bathroom in the room, they told us we had to wait to check in because they were cleaning the room, let me just say the fridge and bathroom were not touched. Don’t stay here! The staff has attitudes

The bathroom counter was not too clean and not sanitized. Carpet is old and needs replacing. This hotel needs care and I don't think it is being upkept enough.
