Extended Stay America Select Suites Orlando Southpark

Things were worn out, broken down, and not working. The staff seemed okay, but overwhelmed. Parking was fine, though the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The whole place smelled like pot, and there was debris on the floors everywhere. The TV didn't have service. There was no silverware, plates, or glasses in the kitchenette. No washcloths in the bathroom. The room smelled musty with underlying notes of weed. The place had the feel of a flophouse with minimal amenities, but just passable enough to not be shut down. On the positive side, there were no bedbugs and it wasn't too overpriced.

Nothing I will never stay at this place. They had hookers hanging out around the place. It was the worse place I ever stayed at and the pictures they show of the place is not what it looks like either

I’m just gonna leave a comment and this is for all the time I’ve stayed here. I wanna say I visited this hotel three or four times, my favorite room thus far is 118. I stayed twice with 118 immaculate. Room 117 I didn’t like, it was a little moldy all over rusty. I didn’t like smell like wet clothing, but I was only in that room for one night. They moved me to 121 beautiful beautiful beautiful I would recommend this suite and I would stay here again. I am here because I’m waiting for approval on my home, but if I was to come or recommend someone else, it would be here. the staff all lovely

I had a late arrival, and unlike any other Hotel I have every stayed at before, there was no staff at the desk when I arrived. I had to call for someone to come check me in. The lady was friendly though. The property itself is in pretty rough shape The floors in the elevators were very dirty, the lock on the front door was broken, there were towels all over the floor as soon as you step off the elevator and though I could tell that the room had been "cleaned" since the last person stayed in it, it was not what I expect for clean. There was a wet musty smell and the AC in the room wouldn't cool below 75 no matter how low you set it. The parking lot was spacious and the hotel is located conveniently to the highway but it is not nearly as close to the Airport as the listing says. It is a 25min drive from the airport. Overall for the cheap price it was a comfortable bed for the night but I wouldn't have stayed here with my family.

This hotel was a bad experience. When I walked in, the lobby smelled like cigarettes and looked dirty. There was only one staff member working, so she had to check people in and clean rooms herself. Because of this, I had to wait a long time to fix room issues. The first room I got was completely dirty. I went back down, waited for the worker, and she had to check the room herself before giving me a second room. The second room looked okay at first, but the shower was very dirty. I had to leave after two hours. I do not recommend staying here.
