Overall we had a good stay, staff were friendly, room was comfortable and spacious. Free parking and ok breakfast. The only thing we were disappointed was to see stains on bathroom towels, but we had plenty towels in the room and got clean ones too.

Breakfast could be more varierity.

The hotel was excellent. The access road however is difficult to find. It is either via a side road connected to a gas station which is the route recommended by the digits or by an earlier road which requires a 180 turn to enter the road leading to the hotel. It takes a couple tries and is NOT intuitive. Plan for that hurdle and avoid the extra effort. The hotel itself is a good return for the price. The staff is helpful. I will stay there again.

Everything is good

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy and overall just a great 4 day stay with the family and this location was near universal theme park . The breakfast was the only reason for 4 stars. The breakfast was basic with no flavor, no fresh scrambled egg options, or any real creative food options in our 4 day stay, it was survival food. And I’m mentioning this because the breakfast was one of the main reasons for booking as well. Loved that parking was free and the hotel wasn’t too crowded and appeared intimate.

I had to stay at a hotel for a day before I could check in at the JW and I liked it so much that after our stay was over at JW I rebooked here! I will book here again next year

The property was okay. Laundry on site. Staff was great. Pool was heated. Breakfast was pretty bad and very low budget. Rooms were large. Beds were HORRIBLE. Mattresses were old and soft. Pillows were horrendous. No support. Bathrooms were clean and large.

Parking free and convenient. Room very clean. Also had a full kitchen, down to a dish washer.

We arrived a little early, the front desk person, I think his name is Jonathan, instead of just saying the usual "room is not available", he went up and checked if it was available for us and it was. It allowed our family to rest and we were able to see City walk that afternoon. Our family is really grateful and appreciative for that.

Had a room with double queen bink beds. Our family found them to be a little wobbly. The sofa bed was lop sided and did not go back properly without force. My biggest complaint and concern was the bathroom. The door is a barn door style, there is no latch or lock and you could see directly into the clear shower glass and see whoever was showering from the kitchen/living room. As a large family with teens, nobody wanted was comfortable with that.

The hotel is great. Marcus was so nice when he checked us in. The room was really big. Comfy beds. I would recommend this hotel.
