Old hotel. Very dirty. No dishes or anything in the kitchen so bring your own

Skip. Horrible. Smells damp and moldy. We booked a 2 bed and they only had a one bed available (no sofa). Sketchy guests reeked of weed and had large aggressive dogs. The front desk employee tried to help as much as she could and asked us to go see the room before charging our card. Multiple guests came to ask for refunds while we were waiting. Nothing like the booking photos.

No good service, we don't recommend.

horrible I’m literally traumatized

This hotel was horrible, the smell, the cleanliness was terrible, the room was uncomfortable, maintenance was not up to par, it was roaches everywhere, the bed was stained, the carpet was dirty, the shower didn’t work, and there was no cover over the pipe

The shower still had other people's soap and wash cloths in it. The bathroom door could not even be shit in one of the 2 rooms I had. Tried telling the staffed and got told not my problem.. wanted to talk to the GM and nothing.. will never stay here again..

The room itself needed some repairs. The bathroom had missing plaster/drywall hole in the wall. The floor transition from sleeping area to bathroom had a significant dip. Kitchen area had a warped countertop and missing cabinet door which was broken off. The hallways don't look as if they have been vacuumed in a while. There is no breakfast offered only grits and coffee. Outside there were pieces of litter everywhere. This apparently is run by a franchise I suspect as I don't believe a corporate unit would allow such situations. Also, there seem to be a number of people living there ongoing. The pool and area were clean and kept up.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and undoubtedly the worst place I have ever stayed. The hygiene and maintenance conditions are unacceptable: Insect infestation: There were cockroaches actively walking on the floor and on the wooden furniture, as well as spiders on the walls. Filth and lack of cleanliness: The floor was completely filthy, with trash, dust, and dirt accumulated in the corners and baseboards that had clearly not been cleaned for weeks. Furniture in poor condition: The furniture is worn and broken; the leather armchair was completely peeling, torn, and covered in a sticky layer of dirt. Bathroom in terrible condition: The bathtub and the grout lines were full of mold or mildew, and the soap dish embedded in the wall was broken, faded, and dirty. A complete lack of respect and basic hygiene standards for guests. Avoid this place at all costs.

My experience at this property was not good at all. It was very old and poorly maintained, with cockroaches, dirt, and a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire building. On top of that, I had trouble with the apartment I had selected; I had to switch units three times before they finally put me in the layout I had chosen. I do not recommend it!

There was evidence of drug use in the hotel Crackheads lingering around the vehicles

The place is always full of cops due the ambiance. The bathrooms don’t flush correctly. The shower is all rusted and full of mold.

Nothing Everything the place was disgusting had to go buy cleaning stuff myself room was never cleaned after last persons stay still had clothes under the bed microwave was nasty bathroom had a ring around it and was dirty. It was full of drug addicts people yelling and screaming all night bathroom had mold ac filters had mold dresser had dirt in it and was missing bottle drawer plus much more wrong with it

Lastimosamente no fue una buena experiencia para tener un lindo recuerdo con mi hijo. Las luces del baño no estaban funcionando correctamente, la tina estaba en muy mal estado. El lavabo del baño estaba tapado. La refrigeradora apestaba y con oxido. El lugar en donde estaba el toma corriente estaba roto. El sofa cama viejo. Ya con esas impresiones que tuvimos de la habitación, ni ganas nos dio de desayunar en las mañanas, nos dio miedo. Simplemente pido disculpas, pero es un lugar que no recomendaría a nadie. Sobre todo la habitación 216 que es la que nos brindaron para hospedarnos.

Cockroaches in the kitchen, light bulbs missing, and broken light fixtures in the room, terribly rude staff!

Close to shopping The rooms are in need of renovation asap. The pictures shown on website do not match what is found when entering the room. The furniture is old and in disrepair, showers are old and fixtures are hard to turn. There's no dresser to unpack suitcase, and stovetop heating elements don't maintain heat to cook anything. Luckily we had our toaster oven with us to prepare food. The hallway carpeting is stained and needs replaced, Surprised that we had no access to a mop just to mop up spills on the deeply scratched and dirty floors.No broom either.. The room rates don't match the conditions of the rooms, too expensive for what is supplied.

SOME CONDITIONS BUT LATER WHERE FIXED

I can’t say one good thing about this place. They didn’t have a room for me when I got to the motel. I at there at 130am and the clean half way straighten a room (made the bed with dirty stuff on the bed) next to morning they still didn’t have a room for me. I was told it’s summer and they over sell all the time. So I have been fighting since to get a refund. So far no luck.

Nothing.. I was recommended by a staff member not to stay there. I didn't like that after the staff member told Me not to stay there, I was charged for the room after I am as told I wouldn't be charged. I spoke to an agent at the hotel and they told me I would get a refund and never gave one!
