The check-in guy was nice and polite, he was very understanding when we brought up issues with our room. The overwhelming smell coming from the room was straight up bleach and cleaning products, there was oil stains on the pillow sheets, bed sheets, and blankets, the bed itself was the most disgusting, it had fluid stains all over.

Stayed for less than a hour and left, was told I would get a refund that I still have not received. The walls were cracked and peeling, a tv was missing, multiple lightbulbs were missing, the tub was leaking, there was mold in the bathroom, the windows were open when we got into the room and they would not close properly, there was food from the previous guest inside the pull out bed, there was no pillows sheets or blankets for the pull out and when asking the front desk was told there was only one pillow available also the locking mechanism on the door was damaged

Nothing. It was dirty almost nothing for the “grab and go” breakfast I was given a room first that had roaches. Went down then he gave me a second room to look at there was dirty carpet throughout the floor cigarette butts on the floor stains all over get the door open the room smelled god awful hair in the sink grease on the counters floors super slick it was cross. The 3rd room was the most acceptable however had many flaws as well.

Stay away from this place, they scam you.

A/C worked The hotel is in need of major renovations. The halls are dirty and stained, our room had stove top that didn't work until about 5 days before we checked out.We were in the room from Jul 1st until Aug 13th. There was no lighting or exhaust fan working for over 1 week,( Mgr said the special light had to be ordered, and only gave us 1 night refund because we booked through your company) Dirty and rustedstove top hood, dirty utensil drawers with roaches, no dresser to put clothes in due to drawer missing a bottom and also missing whole bottom drawer, dirty and scratched floor, scratched walls, bathtub with corroded drain and faucet. Most guests are homeless so the manager made fun and was disgusted with a lady who just came in to escape extreme heat, threatened to trespass her and talked about her not having a bath for awhile. She didn't bother anyone and mostly stayed outside with her things until there were thunderstorms or extreme heat , however, she would sit in the break room until the storm was over, or she could go back out to tolerate the heat. I think there should be location shifts for management before they become jaded to the needs of their guests or either offer classes in being more considerate of guest's situations. We did move out because of his attitude. I'm sure he had plenty to say about us, both of us are in power wheelchairs and had trouble moving around and accessing cabinets, and the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom area.

A/C worked This hotel needs major renovations. The hallway carpets are dirty and stained, we had no lighting or exhaust fan in the bathroom, stove top didn't work the whole time we were there from July 1st to Aug 13th.Stovetop hood filthy and rusty, utensil drawer dirty and had roaches. Mgr makes fun of homeless guests and threatens to trespass homeless person from escaping extreme heat. She was just sitting in the break room not bothering anyone. Most guests are homeless, having to pay huge amounts to stay there.

Nothing Infested with roaches power rent out and no running hot water
-
Misleading advertising. There is no breakfast, just an old, dirty coffee machine. It had it all: a dirty room, torn bed linens, a lack of utensils, hallways reeking of cigarettes and marijuana, rude staff, and deactivated key cards—leaving you locked out. It’s low-income housing, not a place for tourists.

I would suggest rotation of management to avoid things like that for other homeless guests to overhear, or perhaps a training class to learn how to treat guests or potential guests. I asked for some type of compensation for our stay the mgr only gave us 1 night stay because we booked through a 3rd party so he gave us 1 night and told us to get satisfaction through your company since it's a 3rd party reservation.
