Universal's Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel

Helios Grand was spotless and really well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Universal’s Epic Universe. The convenience alone made the stay worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely a great choice if you’re visiting the park.

The location and direct access to the park were a huge advantage. Being able to enjoy the park, come back to the hotel to rest and recharge, and then easily return to the park made our days so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the pool was fantastic — our kids absolutely loved it. Everything came together perfectly for the birthday celebration we had hoped for. We left with great memories and two very happy kids, which was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the parks!

Amazing location for Epic Universe. Beautiful rooms and pool area.

Just a wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and huge windows with view of the park. The staff was a delight to interact with.

Amazing experience

Exceptional service rooms are meticulously cleaned daily. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, making it an ideal family-friendly hotel. The hotel offers easy access to the park, pool, and hot tub. In the evenings, the epic light show and fireworks create a magical atmosphere.

The place is very clean and the staff are always there to assist if needed. The pool is incredibly with beautiful lighting all around. It stays open until 11:00pm. They have a nice restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. They also have a snack store with great coffee and ice cream. Finally, it is absolutely amazing for families that come for vacation.

Really magical experience

We had tapas dinner at the top floor Restaurant night before (make reservations early) and saw the fireworks up close in addition to an amazing meal. The pool is OK It’s smaller than it looks on the pictures. But there was plenty of sunbed and the food at the pool was good too.
