Room was gorgeous! Loved getting into Epic early via private entrance and private security. Coffee shop was so great too! The restaurants were all very gluten aware for our allergy🍽️🙌.

Great hotel. Would return and recommend. Only downside was that the bottles of water in the room were not complimentary. The cost was $8 plus an 18% service charge. Nearly $20 for 2 bottles. It’s not made clear and the font size was extremely small. I can imagine that it’s caught a few guests out. I only found out when our door was knocked by the chap replenishing them. I’m sure Universal can make this much clearer.
