The hotel was clean and the room was well equipped. The staff were very friendly and informative.

My studio room was beautiful. Very clean, updated, stocked with everything I needed and more. Absolutely loved the room. The bar staff in the evening/night shifts were phenomenal as well, super friendly. Location is meh, the surrounding feels isolated and lacks walkable things to do. What I absolutely hated was being woken up with my hotel landline ringing at 8am on my check-out day by one of their front desk attendants trying to sell me on a timeshare or some kind of "special offer/gift" scheme. Incredibly rude to call at that time and wake a customer up for their own gain like this.

Our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras Orlando exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The suite was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and having extra space made our family stay so much more relaxing. Every area of the property was clean and well cared for. The amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days exploring Orlando, and the fitness center was a great bonus. The location is outstanding—close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. What stood out most was how easy and relaxing the entire experience felt. Check-in was smooth, the grounds were beautiful, and every interaction with the team reflected genuine hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras to anyone visiting Orlando. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!
