SpringHill Suites by Marriott Convention Center/I-drive

It was nice. Breakfast needs to improve. Add pancakes and waffles. 2 days we were there they didn't have black tea. When I asked they said its out of stock and will get next week. I suggested why they don't buy from Walmart or grocery store and stock up until they get it. But it was not stocked. I think they can make improvements for stuff like this. Otherwise very good. Staff very good.

Bien, juste à regarder vos bagels : le mien était moisi. Quand je l’ai montré à la fille, elle les a tous mis aux vidanges. Les chambres étaient aussi mal nettoyées, mais ça passe.

The late check out, breakfast and the location. We were in walking distance to our itinerary. The 3rd floor smelled like wet carpet. Only 1 elevator was working and the one that was working took forever to get to you. It was also missing the certification sticker that is supposed to be posted in all elevators.

I did not like that there was mold under the AC unit which was an older style air conditioner at that, the carpet under was wet so considering I’m allergic to mold , my two nights there was terrible. I would never go back there, they have some serious renovations that need to be done over there. Our health as consumers should be taken seriously and priority over anything else, mold can make someone very sick. I hope they do something about it, it has potential to be good but remodeling needs to be done.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was somewhat wanting with the hot food being largely undercooked.

Breakfast was consistently delicious, but one of the elevators was broken the entire time while the working elevator took a very long time to move between any floors. Additionally, there was a bit of food on the bedroom floor. Overall nice, but not great.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and the daily breakfast was delicious.

Hotel staff were really kind and helpful they made you feel very welcomed. The only downfall was the room, very outdated and had a bad smell from the carpet, if they renovate the rooms I feel like the hotel would be really nice. Great location with a lot of stores near by walking distance! Also breakfast ends at 9:30am I feel like that’s too early.

Amazing property! Cheap parking. Amazing staff! I will be coming to this property everytime i visit orlando now! So close to literally everything Nothing was wrong. I didnt have an issue with anything

Breakfast staff were courteous and helpful! Coffee was terrible tasted like metallic like.

I liked this hotel so much. Great location, great staff, rooms were perfect, bed and pillow were comfy I even liked the shower. I give it a 5 stars. And I want to thank Mauricio from guest service who was so helpful not only with me but I saw him with other customers. Will be staying and recommending this place.

The breakfast was very very good. The part I did not like was that room housekeeping is every third day. Receptoon staff is helpful. For the price it is a good and convenient property. Having coffee and team 24*7 is great add on
