I loved that there were no roaches lol and that its homelike - full kitchen etc A couple of the staff and one of the managers are just not friendly - hardly smile when greeted.

The room is very Comfortable One of the Staff, Myesha, fabricated a story, I now realize after thinking it over, that I stepped on dog poop (as we passed one another in the hallway) when I asked her later on that day why she ignored me when I tried to say hello to her. Needless to say, I freaked out, looked at both my bottom shoes....but then she said it was a hard poop and it wouldnt have stuck to my shoes. I then asked why I didnt feel a hump as I walked... she said well it looked like a poop...its hard to see bec of the rug color (yet she just claimed a moment prior to have seen it clearly at that moment?!?!). Then I asked her so why didnt she say anything to me as to warn me to avoid walking on the poop as I walked if that is what she was sooo focused on (when her eyes were actually not even on the floor as I remember clearly) as the reason she couldnt say hello back to me. She said bec I have a hearing problem so it was hard for her to let me know!! (All of the above sure sounds like someone trying to wiggle their way out of a lie with my constant questioning) Hmmmm again she looked straight at me, not the floor, as we passed by if my memory serves me correctly - and I certainly would have seen her wave me away from possibly stepping on such!! She even mentioned, when I had this skepticism look on my face of her not believable story, that she "worked there a long time and is used to seeing dog poop in the hallways" - which that statement alone I found to be untrue when I asked a maid there about it) All that said, Geez.... I just think it was all unnecessary fabrication to explain away her RUDENESS of completely ignoring my greeting with something that was even more rude as to just allow me to possibly step on dog poop without saying a word or gesture me away from the 'poop'!! Crazy!!

Cons: Filthy. The kitchen and bathroom in the room were dirty and REALLY need a deep cleaning. I wore my shoes at all times bc it just felt unclean. Overall, probably wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk lady Kay was rude. Did not want to conversate due to being busy scrolling on her cell phone. Needed a 1st floor room due to elevator being out and all she said is its not her problem. Checked back the next day to see anyone checked out on first floor and was charged a fee to move to 1st floor due to elevators were down for weeks. Very disappointed with service and staff. This will not be a place to come back to.

The location was near everything so that's the only Positive I have The room and swimming area was dirty, had roaches, the elevators were not working And staff did not mention it prior so the walking up and down stairs in the hallways where Trash bins were Open was Disgusting and smelly and our bathroom Ceiling had Huge holes with wire hanging and big enough to fit a secret Camera, I was HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE AND FELT EXPOSED

The trash area inside was always full, I feel they could have emptied it more. That's the only down fall

The room was nice, it was myself, my husband and our dog. I requested a bottom floor room for our dog but we asked for a king so they put us right at the stair case so we had easy access to the outdoors from the 2nd floor. No kings on first floor. The room was big, it was like a studio with a living room, kitchen bathroom and big king bed. We were not bothered once by staff or guests. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Easy check in/out. The pool was nice too The trash area inside was always full, I feel they could have emptied it more. That's the only down fall

Staff was very welcoming and apologetic

Check in was slow and breakfast was poor with no warm milk for oats. The pool area had overflowing bins and trash around the poolside. Kitchen area was dated. Rooms were clean and beds comfy.

Location The room was dirty and we had to sweep the dirty. There was large amounts of hair in the bathroom and the pullout bed had food in it.
