Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Conv Ctr Universal Blvd

There was a bunch of tiny roaches in the room. And the room smells funny. Never will i stay at extended stay again.

The day clerk was very friendly and helpful. There were very loud construction guys in the breakfast area just kinda hanging out and being obnoxious and VERY loud. Upon attempting to enjoy the pool the following day, there was a young guy and a youth passing a football over our heads in the pool so that was pretty annoying. Also, I might add that while in the pool, we noticed that there were several windows cardboarded up. Yes, you read that right, not boarded up but covered in cardboard. Lol

A decent standard hotel, with a well equipped room for a longer stay. The room was starting to show its age a little but it wasn't bad. The elevator was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day. The person that checked us in was very helpful and polite. Another person working the morning shift was not very helpful. Overall for the price, I think it was a fair value. The location was great if you want to stay in the International drive area, and there are lots of options for food and entertainment within walking distance.

The only not good thing about my stay was that the elevator broke on the first night.And 3 days, we kept going up and down the stairs. The staff and the room were all good. Great location for family.

Where is first got to my room I open the door with the card to see someone sitting on the couch. I ran out quickly. to i saw someone who works at the hotel in the hall. I ask.him if it was the right room. He said yes that he just clean this room. He looked inside and it seem like he new the person that was in there. It gave me a unsafe feeling. The halls where dirty. The outside parking was fill of trash. I picked this hotel cause breakfast was included. When i saw that breakfast was muffin and hot water to make instant oatmeal. Was very disappointed.

I like the location in the rooms are pretty clean. The place is good but the parking lot is small pieces of broken glass in the back parking lot all over from people or staying there long-term breaking beer bottles. Not good for my dogs paws. And the garbage being left in the downstairs back hallway smells disgusting on your way in and out. Very good though overall

Right on International Blvd, in Orlando. Close to everything, u could see the Orlando Eye, Ferris Wheel. Walk, drive to everything is close. Enjoy Nothing

The location was great and the staff was very nice. One woman in particular was a great help and very friendly. The elevator was broken most of our stay and I have a health condition that makes the stairs very hard for me. I wish there was better food. The toaster we got started smoking as soon as we tried to use it and the fridge froze all of our food we put in there. Also, there were holes in the bathroom ceiling and drywall from the holes being cut still on the floor.

Staff was very efficient and pleasant. Room is what I expected at the price point and was clean and good size of the room. TV was of good quality. Older place so it is showing its age in spots.

It was close to the strip It said that it had a hot tub, and there was no hot tub because the hot tub was disabled and they said that the hot tub would never be working ever again that it was permanently closed. The rooms stunk smell like cat piss, and the rooms also had mold in them was very nasty and we will never stay there again because my child ended up getting sick from the mold because he’s allergic to mold and we didn’t know there was mold in the shower and the bathroom until he got sick and when he got sick, that’s when we found the mold so we’ll never stay there ever again. Do not recommend nobody to stay at this facility. Most of the staff is very rude at this facility. Says fully equipped kitchen and everything and that’s not true either we had to ask for some dishes and it was a fight to get dishes and also the ice machine broke down and supposedly they were fixing it well never seen no ice machine being fixed the laundry room there was some washers and dryer that was broke and we asked the staff and they’re like oh there’s nothing we can do you’ve got a contact the people through on the washer and dryers so they are very unorganized and everything else and they’re just rude. Will never stay there ever again. Do not recommend no one to stay here. Barely had washcloths and towels to take a shower.
