Location Location Location. And my room was good. I was just there for one night

no creamer for coffer no hot breakfast

The location was near everything so that's the only Positive I have The room and swimming area was dirty, had roaches, the elevators were not working And staff did not mention it prior so the walking up and down stairs in the hallways where Trash bins were Open was Disgusting and smelly and our bathroom Ceiling had Huge holes with wire hanging and big enough to fit a secret Camera, I was HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE AND FELT EXPOSED

The room was nice, it was myself, my husband and our dog. I requested a bottom floor room for our dog but we asked for a king so they put us right at the stair case so we had easy access to the outdoors from the 2nd floor. No kings on first floor. The room was big, it was like a studio with a living room, kitchen bathroom and big king bed. We were not bothered once by staff or guests. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Easy check in/out. The pool was nice too The trash area inside was always full, I feel they could have emptied it more. That's the only down fall

Staff was very welcoming and apologetic

Check in was slow and breakfast was poor with no warm milk for oats. The pool area had overflowing bins and trash around the poolside. Kitchen area was dated. Rooms were clean and beds comfy.

Location The room was dirty and we had to sweep the dirty. There was large amounts of hair in the bathroom and the pullout bed had food in it.

Great property and great staff

Location It was old and dirty. We waited mire than 30 minutes for the front desk person to come check us in. She was cleaning rooms and the desk was unattended. She was very short with everyone waiting in line for her to come back.

Breakfast was ok. But same thing ti eat after two days. The dryer took almost four hours to dry my clothes.

On top of that, the beds and bathrooms were dirty. The rooms clearly had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. I reported the issue and asked to be moved to different rooms, but I was told there were no other rooms available. The hotel also advertised that breakfast was included, but that was not true, which was very misleading. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking another one because the conditions were unacceptable. A hotel that charges guests for smoking violations should never hand over rooms that smell like smoke. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

Room was outdated and smelled of mildew we had to open the window and turn the AC all the way down. Multiple rusty and broken down areas. People were smoking marijuana throughout the property and at the pool, there was a party in the hallway at 2am. People at the desk didn't even look like staff, no uniform just a dirty Simpsons hoodie. Will never stay at any hotel of this chain again

Close to the destination that I was visiting. Room had a smoking smell to it, even though it says it’s a non smoking hotel. The floors were filthy, room was always humid/damp, mattress cover was filthy with black stains, crack pipe left behind from previous occupants in table draw, cigarette buds under bed, restroom smelled moldy, pool also had cigarette buds and beer cans inside the water, elevator was down majority of my stay, had to use stairwell to go down which it stunk so bad cause of the trash on the first floor.

Nothing. Everything. We viewed two rooms. Both were infested with cockroaches and spiders in all areas of the room. Kitchen area, bathroom, under and on the bed. The rooms and general communal areas also had a weird smell. We cancelled and left immediately.
