Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando-International Drive/Convention Center

The staff was helpful and kind. The only major inconveniences was the elevator being out of service especially on the 6th floor. Every now and again the elevators have to be down for maintenance but pushing from one end of the building to the other with luggage at 315am is not fun. Otherwise it's a wonderful hotel.

Enjoyed that courtesy of the staff. Included breakfast was good but things like only 3 waffle makers created long wait times.

The Hotel is under renovation, elevator very slow. My room is clean but the carpet is dirty and the air conditioning drop water all the time

The bathroom floor was not cleaned good prior to checking in. There were ants and bugs in the living area. My brother woke up to several ants on him and we all got bit by bugs on our backs, legs and arms. Pest Control in the rooms after each stay would be wonderful. Other than that, the stay was okay

There was only one elevator working which made it super difficult to get in and out of the property. You had to wait almost 20 mins for the elevator.

Great atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, excellent social night

The room was spacious. Nice view of the swimming pool. The front door wouldn't close and lock. You had to pull it shut to make it lock. The bathroom sink and tub clogged quickly. The eggs weren't very good at the two breakfasts. They didn't have an icemaker on any of the floors. Front desk staff had to fill a container from the kitchen ice maker. The online picture showed a king bed and a full refrige. I got two double beds and a half frige.

Didn’t like anything elevator broken most of the time we had to go downstairs for towels every day and no housekeeping

Room was clean and hotel is family friendly. The big fridge and kitchenette was super helpful when you're staying a week.

Old facility, no option to open windows

The rooms were old. Furniture was stained carpets were stained. Bathroom was gross. the shower leaked, and dripped all night. The shower had mold and the paint was chipping. The door was so banged up. Sheets and towels were ok. They seemed to be bright white, which was refreshing. The kitchen area was clean, but the supplies were lacking.

Stay with hubby and 5 kids it was a great experience and a great breakfast buffet

Truly enjoyed my stay. Property was super clean, breakfast options are very good and easy access to OCCC.

Sizeable rooms. Everything you need. Good breakfast. Great location. Few bugs when we arrived, but in the tropical climate, I don’t think it can be helped. Was dealt with immediately.
