Old facility, no option to open windows

The rooms were old. Furniture was stained carpets were stained. Bathroom was gross. the shower leaked, and dripped all night. The shower had mold and the paint was chipping. The door was so banged up. Sheets and towels were ok. They seemed to be bright white, which was refreshing. The kitchen area was clean, but the supplies were lacking.

Staff was friendly and location The room was not as clean as it could be. Rusted bathtub and doorpost. Old mildew-mold smell. Dusty air vents, stains on the wall. Bathroom had a strange odor. Closet door did not slide open properly. Furniture dusty or stained.

Stay with hubby and 5 kids it was a great experience and a great breakfast buffet

Walking distance Stains on the couch and chair carpet was stained pullout bed was a little broke down headboard had dust on top. Tired to get a different room of course didn't have a family suite like what I paid for. Oh but they said I could get a double bed. Why would I down size

Truly enjoyed my stay. Property was super clean, breakfast options are very good and easy access to OCCC.

The breakfast was bland and routine. The room was spacious but the entire hotel is in need of a serious upgrade in terms of appearance and condition

The location was great, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit lumpy and some nights were not restful.

Sizeable rooms. Everything you need. Good breakfast. Great location. Few bugs when we arrived, but in the tropical climate, I don’t think it can be helped. Was dealt with immediately.

They did not clean our room after the first night we stayed, which means we had no coffee for the next morning, so I had to go down to the lobby in my pajamas and get some. We asked them if they had a shuttle.They said no.And even though there were several options, they didn't give us any ideas about finding a shuttle, very unhelpful. They could have said, oh, you can catch one right outside. There was no conditioner in the bathroom... It was empty. Other than that it was wonderful.

Nice location and clean. We got stuck on the elevator for a few minutes. One of my fears. The living area furniture was not comfortable and the beds wasn’t comfortable. With that being said it may just be I’m use to my nice bed at home.

Its location near different restaurants. It’s a little run down.

When I go to Orlando, I always choose this hotel. It’s right on IDrive and walking distance to a lot of things. I like that there’s a place to sit and hang out that’s not the main bedroom and you can separate the two with the door. I love having the full size fridge and options to cook in your room if you want to! It’s always clean and I’ve never had any issues!

Lifts did not work Terrible breakfast Very old and dated

Location , location location. Great breakfast some of the receptionist were wonderful helpful and great service. One of the receptionist refued to give us a room. Instead ignored us. She did not want to give us any service. However when the next person in line came she immediately assist. Shameful behavior!
