Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive/Convention Center

Very disappointed with cleanliness of the room. There were a lot of hairs left in the shower, sink and even found in towels. My son was so grossed out, he was afraid to sleep inside the sheets in fear of them not being clean.

The front desk people were the best thing about this hotel. Had good experiences with two of them. Just helpful, friendly and good problem solvers. The hotel itself feels like it needs a rehab. Just didn't feel as clean and nice as mot Hampton Inns. I paid a lot for the room because of the big conference that was going on. It wasn't terrible but I would stay somewhere else next time.

The staff in the cafe were amazing. They never stopped tidying up the area especially Ms. Marina. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty, but it is because of the cleaning of the lawn area. All in all, a good stay and would definitely stay again.

The whole facility is very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The TV remote would not work for seeing a guide to available channels. You could enter time cook on the microwave, but it would not start when you pressed "start". The iron provided would not turn on when you plugged it in.

Having breakfast and coffee in the morning before attending, the convention was awesome. The fact that the busing system was right outside the hotel easy to get around not very far from some shopping and some wonderful restaurants. The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable all in all if I visit Orlando again, I would definitely stay here.

Stayed here for a friends retirement party in the Orlando area. The hotel was centrally located and we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely nice.

The pool was decent, but there was cracking in the tiles almost all the way around the pool, and they could use a little bit more cleaning time for pool debris (my wife ended up finding the skimmer and doing some cleaning herself). And I never saw anything about 10 dollars per day parking fee when I reserved, but that's what they charge. How was housekeeping??? I don't know, because they never cleaned our room. We were told that housekeeping cleaned rooms every other day, not every day, which was fine by us. But they didn't clean our room once during our three night stay. Yet they were there early on our check out day to clean the room for the next guest. So, I think the "every other day" claim is bogus. I think they probably only clean rooms when you request (demand) it. Overall, it was alright. I would stay there again if the price was right.

We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn in Orlando. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The police was immaculate. Everybody was helpful. I will definitely come back.

Do not rent room 218. It’s right above the mechanical equipment room. Very noisy and loud all night long. And toilet seat was barely hanging on by a thread. Manager was awesome. Moved to another room which was lovely. The pool is filthy. Cracked tiles all around it. Full of bugs and hair.
