Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive/Convention Center

Stayed here for a friends retirement party in the Orlando area. The hotel was centrally located and we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely nice.

It’s location I bit tired , needs updating, and no sage in the room .

The pool was decent, but there was cracking in the tiles almost all the way around the pool, and they could use a little bit more cleaning time for pool debris (my wife ended up finding the skimmer and doing some cleaning herself). And I never saw anything about 10 dollars per day parking fee when I reserved, but that's what they charge. How was housekeeping??? I don't know, because they never cleaned our room. We were told that housekeeping cleaned rooms every other day, not every day, which was fine by us. But they didn't clean our room once during our three night stay. Yet they were there early on our check out day to clean the room for the next guest. So, I think the "every other day" claim is bogus. I think they probably only clean rooms when you request (demand) it. Overall, it was alright. I would stay there again if the price was right.

We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn in Orlando. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The police was immaculate. Everybody was helpful. I will definitely come back.

Do not rent room 218. It’s right above the mechanical equipment room. Very noisy and loud all night long. And toilet seat was barely hanging on by a thread. Manager was awesome. Moved to another room which was lovely. The pool is filthy. Cracked tiles all around it. Full of bugs and hair.

Staff was great! AC in my room was not working well, they sent maintenance in morning while I was gone (as agreed) couldn’t be fixed. Moved me to equally sized room and on same floor so was convenient to move all my things. I was traveling alone & had extra cases for convention & was there for 4 nights. Staff was helpful and great input for options aim the area for getting around if I didn’t want to drive myself or take shuttle. Would book again next year!

Perfect location. Short walk to I drive where you can then take a tourist bus named I ride , $10 for a 3 day pass, and you are a short distance to so many nice restaurants and local attractions, including Sea World and Aquatica. The breakfast was awesome and the pool nice and clean for a day of relaxation, or a break from the parks. We had a great stay.

Locations and the surrounding restaurants The receptionist, Jahir, he really shouldn’t be working in hospitality. He overbooked us and he put me in a room that less value that the original room I booked and he seemed didn’t care at all. We left didn’t stay because of him. We would have stayed if he at least said sorry but he didn’t even care to apologize for overbooking us. We made a refund and I got my money back. It was just a bad experience that I have to leave and looking for another hotel at night with my wife. Usually I don’t complain about workers because I know some customer service jobs are not really satisfying for workers, so I usually understand that, but we were so nice to him and he treated us in a way that he doesn’t care if we stay or leave or he pushing us to leave basically. Terrible. I would never go there again because of him and this experience.
