Such an amazing hotel. Looks like a castle which my 5 year old daughter loooved. Very clean, spacious room, nice pool and central location. Stuff was very profi and friendly. The whole place is better than it looks in the pictures. Only bad think - you have to pay $35/ night for parking. no bueno,

We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. For the price we paid the pictures seemed too good to be true but we were not disappointed. The hotel felt high end and the restaurant and bar were excellent as well. My only complaint was there were time when there was a long line at the front desk and they only had one person checking in and handling questions from guests.

Just right; location; facility, value

Everything was amazing, Friendly staff, nice rooms and really enjoyed the pool are and hot tub.Very convenient location with a lot to do within walking distance! Be cautious! They charge $35 a night fee for parking and they hold $100 a day for incidentals , including the parking fee! Honestly fell as though they did not disclose property when booking your stay. Was not aware if the added cost until we were checking in.

Loved the location. I didn’t like that my room was sooo cold. Also didn’t like that the incidental fee was $100 per night. I think that’s absolutely absurd and will deter me from future stays. I think $150-200 total would be ok, especially if you’ve already paid the entire stay upfront.

Love the location and the overall hotel I did not get the room I booked and the gentleman at the desk was not helpful in any way shape or form and was just saying you can get a refund and leave if you want

Location Cold hear next door

Quality of everything is spot on. The Castle is our go to every time we come to Orlando. Only thing I don't like and have spoke about this many times, the extra charge to park in the parking lot. This hotel is the only hotel I have ever had to pay to park in their parking lot. Makes no sense to me at all. Just a way to get more money out of you. Even though, knowing this, we still keep coming back, that should tell you just how nice the hotel is.

Great Stay

Property is very nice , staff is awesome, rooftop fireworks watching and pool Paying for parking ! The lot was half full and I still paid for handicap parking for 2 days. We switched to a different hotel for the last 3 days to not pay for parking. Would not have chosen this hotel had I known about the parking. This info needs to be listed in bold lettering on the first page of booking.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice. They changed the layout of some of the stuff around the pool courtyard, but it was a nice change. The staff was nice, room was clean and the roof is a nice spot to view the sunset. It was not covered incase of rain, but the weather was good enough we got to enjoy it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was a hidden gem. Staff + amenities were great. Would absolutely stay again!
