La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando I Drive/Conv Ctr

Good size room, full breakfast Decor tired, grab rail broken in shower and not repaired. Carpet was not clean, could not open window, room was musty, no shower fan.

Everything else was great nice staff Bathtub was not clean. Bathroom floor not clean. One hand towel was used.

Only good thing about this place is the location. The only decent thing about this place was the location. Would never come here again. There was never a manager on duty. So many people had issues with their room keys. They didn’t give me the room I reserved months in advance for. Ac wasn’t working. There was always a crowd of people waiting in the lobby because they’re understaffed. The hotel is very outdated. Only one elevator was working. I could go on and on.

Location Horrible service, TV did not work, bed was horrible mattress, flooring was stained, elevator was unclean, and paying for parking at a motel is ridiculous, the rooms are already overcharged, parking should not be extra it should come with the overpriced room for free

How close it was the universal studios You have to pay for parking, even after paying for a room they still make you pay for a parking spot which is insane. The elevator and the halls were dirty and out dated as was everything in the room. Just old and outdated for the price.

i booked through Expedia and was fully charge and after staying at the hotel i was charge again. I have been going between Expedia and LA Quinta to reimburse my money and no one is responding to me. Sending me in circles.

Very poor

There were 2 roaches in the tub, the TV and lamp were not working. We had to be asked to move to another room. Hard to sleep because I had surgery waiting for me in the morning and was worried about roaches crawling on me.

Room stunk of animals, multiple stains on the carpet and it felt sticky and damp. We felt like we had to wear shoes. Had reservations for three nights but only made it one night and found another hotel. We would have left immediately if it wasn’t 1am. The pull-out couch was horrible, just springs with cloth. They didn’t have a rollout available.

Ac worked great thats awesome and Beds was great for sleeping and breakfast was great I didn't like i had to wait until next day for housekeeping was available to get extra towels and blankets, the tv had three green lines across the screen like it was broken while trying to watch it ,they had bugs in the room,look like housekeeping don't vacuum under the beds cause there was food crumbs all under the beds and the doors were broken and not easy access to get in room and the elevator looked destroyed ...was scared to use.

The location The rooms were very dirty; they don't clean them, and they don't provide soap.

Location No parking lot lights and one elevator

Great stay. Comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.
