Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing due to several property issues. Of the three elevators, one was out of order for our entire stay, and the middle elevator was frequently turned off on an unpredictable schedule. This left only one operational elevator, which was located far from our room. Additionally, the ice machines on the guest floors were broken; only the machine near the lobby worked, forcing guests to travel downstairs just for ice. To make matters worse, the breakfast was poor quality. Overall, it was a very inconvenient and unhappy experience.

Solo un punto a mejorar, desk ser un tanto más simpático. Nunca fueron groseros, pero una sonrisa y “gracias “ , “todo bien durante su estadia?”, “gracias por escogernos, buen viaje “ siempre deja un buen sabor como cliente . En general , recomendado .

Place was dirty, room smelt terrible

Breakfast was horrible. Found a long black hair in the eggs. The banana they put out were all black and should have been discarded days earlier! No maid service! I requested maid service and she never came in 3 days. The property is run down, peeking paint, stains on the wall, cracks in tile, fingerprints on doors from years of dirty hands. Horrible place!!!

The price was very good. Breakfast was good. The elevator was inoperative on the first day and had to take 5 flights of stairs. I had to switch elevators to get around the building as well. After leaving and returning after several hours at night, the elevator was just being fixed. I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes waiting for the repair to get upstairs.

I had issues with elevators. One was out of order and other had issues closing doors on ground floor.

Location was great and staff was very friendly Couch had a stain on cushion that was hidden by flipping it over which was ok but the couch was a sleeper. The couch bed mattress was stained wasn’t covered with any sheet and it was old and it felt like sleeping on springs instead of mattress

Very disappointing stay. The staff were rude and unprofessional, cleanliness was poor, basic utensils were not available, and the key cards were extremely unreliable, often stopping work after coming into contact with a mobile phone and requiring frequent reactivation. Overall, the hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend it.

Rooms are smelly and felt dirty

Also did not appreciate the expensive parking charges that you have to pay to a third party company.

Location and cost Carpeting and chairs in lobby stained and dirty. Carpeting in room signs of wear. Bath tub faucet and drain malfunctioned, had to Move to new room.

Nothing. was very hot and not satisfying.

The location Structure is ageing and requires upgrading
